I am trying to set-up a private server with my friends so we can play, but we can't have some of the OP random buildings generating like the big radio towers, the spaceship crash, the nuclear reactor or the missile silo. Could you please tell me how to keep them from spawning? Maybe I could delete their files from the .jar file by opening it with winrar, but how do I find the files I need?
Could you please also give me a list of the structures?

Deleting files from a jar is never a good idea, best case is that the game crashes. Instead, there is a config file (hbm.cfg in "YourUser/appdata/Roaming/.minecraft/conifg" on windows or "YourUser/.minecraft/config" on linux)
Option 4.0 to 4.9 is the quantity of spawned structures where the higher the number, the rarer the strutucre becomes (every nTH chunk will try to spawn this structure, 1 being every chunk and 10 being every 10 and so on, please only use integers and NEVER set it to 0! )
Option 1.3 toggles the spawning of these structures completely, it's on true by default, changing it to false will not spawn any of the mod's structures.
Update: It worked for me but it didn't for my friend, he had titanium armour and a power fist in his inventory if that might have somehow had anything to do with it.

That happens sometimes with almost all guns if you play with more mods (I think), I'm not sure what's causing it, I think I found a solution for the golden revolver (and all other revolvers in general as I played survival with that one and noticed this bug) I'll look into it.
Hi HbMinecraft I have a couple things to say about your mod
1. How do I charge fusion cores, I tried everything to charge them with all types of generators, energy storage blocks and even by activating the storage block with redstone but nothing has worked. Is it supposed to be like this or is a bug of some sort?
2. I found a bug regarding the nuclear reactors(large and small) and its fuel. When the MOX and plutonium(at least the quad versions) fuel is either in your inventory or in a nuclear reactor that has water and coolant in it and doesn't matter if its active active or not. What happens is that when you log out and log back in, the fuel itself gets fully charged which means you can easily keep using a reactor without having to make the fuel again.
3. When I updated your mod from 1.0.24 to 1.0.25 I cannot make lithium anymore by putting quartz in a centrifuge. Is this a bug or has the method of getting lithium changed?
Other then that your mod is one the best I have ever played with. Keep up the good work.

1. Fusion cores and makeshift energy cores are like miniature fusion reactors, they burn up their internal fuel and therefore don't work like batteries at all (i.e. they are not rechargeable, so use them only when really necessary)
2. That's because of a recently discovered bug, the max damage for an item is much lower than the expected damage value fuel rods can have, therefore the value loops back, this also applies for the coolant cluster, it used to happen to batteries too before the last update wher I changed the system so it could hold larger damage values (or in the battery's case, power) it'll be fixed in the next update.
3. The crafting recipe for lithium changed, you now have to grind quartz dust in the shredder to get a tiny pile of lithium dust. Craft nine of them into a regular pile of dust and then smelt it.
When you craft makeshift cores with the 1.0.25 update, for some reason it comes out 0% charged when its freshly crafted. When i crafted cores with the previous update it came out 100% charged when crafted. Is it supposed to be like this or is it a true bug?
In multiplayer when it comes to storage blocks/machines for some reason the values constantly become negative for non host players. I have made sure we both have the same 1.0.25 update and my friend still cannot tell how much power is stored in his blocks and machines but works and reads perfectly fine for me. I do host the multiplayer lan server and i never had a issue like that but for my friend its a constant thing to happen.
And thanks for clearing up the stuff from my last post.

1. I'll release it when all features are ready, that can take a while
Next version I'll try to integrate most information into NEI, the guide book may become obsolete.
will you be updating to 1.1.10? or 1.1.1.2?
no
Well can I ask if this mod needs to be installed on the server side, both side or only client side if anyone is going to set up a server?
It's required for both sides to have the mod.
In der nächsten Version wird die Config sowieso erweitert, da kann ich das auch gleich machen.
Die Iodpille ist wie ein Gegenmittel, entfernt aber nur schlechte Effekte.
If you insert a limiter into one of the utility slots, it will brake the flywheel (the spinny thingy) before it destroys the generator.

How do I produce Kerosene to fuel my rockets?
In an oil refinery of course.
My friend cannot shoot the M42 Nuclear catapult in survival, he has the mini-nukes and the weapon, but it doesn't draw back and fire.

I got another question and have found 2 more bugs
When do you plan to release your next update?
