Hello, this is my very first mod. I've gone with something very basic. All this mod does is add:
Super Diamond (Weapons & Armor)
Super Golden (Weapons & Armor)
Super Iron (Weapons & Armor)
Super Duper Golden Apple
Item Recipes:
Armor Recipes:
Exactly the same as regular armor, just use the super material instead of the regular. (diamond, iron, gold, etc)
Tools/Weapons Recipes:
Iron sticks instead of regular sticks, and super blocks where you would usually put the material (diamond, iron, stone, etc).
I would love if some people would play this mod and give me feedback about what to do better! Also: Let me know if something is broken/doesn't work properly. (Durability and such)

I agree with RedAbsol0 blocks to craft items and such is very difficult.
