question: have you tested teleporting from the "end" dimension back to the "overworld" ? Please test this and let me know if it does not work. I have a work around for the problem I ran into when I created the SpawnCommands Teleport mod. The workaround may work for you or perhaps you have a better solution for it than I came up with. Please test it once and let me know if you can teleport from the "end" to the "overworld" ?

the code for detecting the dragon i showed does not detect if you have killed it or not. It does detect if the dragon is in existance in that world at that time. just fyi. the code may not be exactly what you need but i suspect it contains the core of what you may need. the code is copied from a working and well tested mod. dont worry about it use what code you wish and be happy.

About from end teleportation: when you teleport from the end, you do get teleported, but you have to relog to rerender chunks. And it think it's minecraft bug and has nothing to do with mods.

Minecraft statistics? Have you even ever heard about them?
Just look it up. It has to do with scoreboards, or shall i say scoreboards have to do with statistics.
I'll look into this workaround. I'll also probably report it to forge (or fix myself and pr them).

The only way I could get rid of it was to uninstall the mod which wasted the resources I used to make them. It makes no sense to be able to place some without being able to remove it. Excellent looking mod, although i'm having an issue.
I cannot move the teleplates once i placed them down (I am fairly new to most mods) and i tried using the frames from Funky Locomotion and the frames moved, but the teleplate just floated there.
Also despite not changing the config, I can seem to use the teleplates infinitely without adding power, and that is much too easy for my liking.
Oh, and as far as breaking them, I can break them with a stick, but only in creative mode.
