Good to see thrive. Models, animations and behavoiurs are amazing.
Hovewer, I have a compabiloty question.
There's a mod called Grimoire of Gaia that adds quite a lot of mobs to a lot of biomes.
Are there any issiues when two are installed?
Hello developers! My name is Ravil, I'm your friend from Russia. I have a suggestion for you to create a new mob. I'm talking about the Kraken. It seems to me that this mob should be because your mod takes the basis of Greek mythology and there was indicated Kraken. You can make it in the form of a boss in the dungeon, an ordinary mob in the ocean to offer my business. Thank you for your attention! I hope they will hear me.[/pre]

Only a few mobs have Greek mythos as inspiration (gorgon, siren, hippocampus, stymphalian birds, hydra, and cyclops, afaik). The kraken does seem interesting, and we don't yet have a hostile boss-like mob yet (sirens are kinda weak in terms of durability).

I just took the Minecraft Noob test! Check out what I scored. Think you can beat me?!
Love this mod so much! I was always frustrated with the zombie apocalypse nature of vanilla Minecraft--that if I wanted any real danger or consequences at all, I had to play it that way. A more fantasy- and legend-themed experience is just what I've been looking for. I love scaling down the mob spawn rates and forcing myself to explore the world I've generated in order to find things. It's a lovely, lonely world out there and you never know when danger is going to rear up and blast fire in your face. It's hard to go back to vanilla now.
Has anyone had any trouble with the tamed cocktrices? They seem to just stand around and not do much. My friend wasn't able to get his to follow him around.
I am having the same trouble with my cockatrices. They don't follow or patrol, and I don't think they're actually sitting, either, except that they don't move, so it is effectively the same thing. (A little unrelated: I just defeated a fire dragon who dropped an egg (first one I've found!), but I'm afraid to hatch it in case it won't respond to my commands, either. Could someone help me? Is this a valid concern, or are the two unrelated? I am playing 1.12.)
Also, will there ever be any way to configure the siren's range? Two things I wish I could configure that I can't now are the siren's range and the hippogryph's wing volume (I find it too loud, and it seems a little buggy at times--flapping at the same volume even when they are on the ground). Do the tameable mobs in this series respond to the general volume controls for "friendly" or for "hostile" mobs? I couldn't seem to make the noise go down, whichever way I tried to adjust it, so I am a little at my wits end on that front.
Otherwise, I love the hippogryphs the best! The little chirpy noise they make after you tame them makes me wish there was a way to interact affectionately with them, other than feeding them when they're hungry. For some reason, the desert and snowy biome hippogryphs seem to get on with me, but the rest always want to eat me, ha. I love having neutral danger in the world. I would love more mobs like that, which aren't necessarily out to get you but can give you quite a hard time if they're in the mood or if you unwisely attack them.
(Also, I wish I could tame a siren, because their song is so pretty, but I might forget my earplugs one day, haha.)
The noise level does seem to respond to "friendly" settings (if I turn it all the way down, I can't hear my tame cockatrices' growly sound), but will there be a way to configure between "tamed" and "wild" mobs? For example: I think dragons, being tame when raised, are probably technically coded as "friendly" (they don't show up red on my journeymap mod), but I definitely want to hear a dragon's wings from the distance that I've configured, if I'm out and about in the wild, so I don't really want to turn down that general mob volume in order to compensate for the hippogryph's wing flap. But it would be nice if we could configure the hippogryph. I guess I'm just curious and confused about how the tameable mobs' various sounds are coded.
I'm sorry for this convoluted question. Thank you for your help and for this fantastic mod!
The Myirmix was amazing!!!I love the way you can make your own colony it's an amazing mechanic!!!
I hope the next update adds the sea serpent now that minecraft has the aquatic update and the sea has expanded
Yeah, I'm pretty sure the dread mobs, sea serpent and stuff like that will be pushed into 1.13.2, which will make them all the better. Sea serpent attacking dolphins... now that's something I'd love to see.

(i know the image is horrible but is only to show my horrible idea)
the golden dragon would be very rare and breath molten gold that would turn the mobs and the blocks in "golden statues", the mobs affected couldn't move and could be easily killed and drop golden nuggets

You know what's even better then a Sea serpente attacking a dolphin?
Is there a MC server with this mod in? Because It would be really cool to play some sort of factions with it.
I believe this mod has a discord. Check the main page. They have a nice server, and factions.

Loving this mod. me and my sister still play it and are always looking out for the next update.
small suggestion: it would be neat if there was a way to make/place dragon skeletons for display purposes.
I'm sorry; I should clarify:
If i were to force enchantments onto armor for dragons, would the enchantments affect the dragon? I am hoping to get the dragons breathing in space.
Also can we make dragon armor out of dragon bone? I am the kind of monster that wants to dress my dragon up in the corpses of its slain kin.
I'm sooo hyped for the next update!!!
I just took the Minecraft Noob test! Check out what I scored. Think you can beat me?!

Don't click this link, HE is haunting it...
just an idiot idea: golden dragon
(i know the image is horrible but is only to show my horrible idea)
the golden dragon would be very rare and breath molten gold that would turn the mobs and the blocks in "golden statues", the mobs affected couldn't move and could be easily killed and drop golden nuggets
Thats a pretty cool idea lol
You know what's even better then a Sea serpente attacking a dolphin?
It destroying a family of turtuls!!!
Does anyone know where the changelog for the last myrmex update is ?
Look on the CurseForge thread.
