Is there a way to make the ore clusters work with Tinkers' Construct?
There is a config option to register clusters as 'dust' int the oreDict. This will allow them to be smelted by Tinker's, but it can lead to some odd recipes with other mods.
I'm enjoying the mod so far, but I've ran into an annoyance and I feel this should be fixed. I got a "Master Hammer 'Smash'" and whenever you rightclick, it does damage and some sort of explosion as well, could you possibly make it so that the explosion doesn't destroy blocks that are thrown onto the ground? Just an annoyance to lose loot due to this. Thank you.
there should be a config option to dissable iron to steel -smelting recipe. Many tech mods have some variation of steel and just smelting iron is way too easy. It may be possible remove the recipe manually with Craft tweaker, but I don't know how.
there's a bug that let's you get infinite iron and stuff.
Smelting down a knife gives you 1 nugget per durability, so you can get 250 nuggets of iron instead of one. Which also means for 9 iron nuggets (to make it) you get 250.
It works with other smelting friendly materials too, like silver.
But when you hit a Fade Leaf flower, your horse, mule or other mount is deleted. This is pretty rough. Is there anyway to disable this flower? If not, what is the block id of the Fade Leaf flower so I can replace it with air in my world.
Would I need to set I:"2-Flower Generation"=false to prevent it's generation? (Right now that is set to 0 and the flowers are being generated)
It appears the information books such as Dungeonpedia on the latest 1.12.2 build are not in standard format as they do not work in various mods that utilize standard books, such as Akashic Tome and Bibliocraft (tested on fresh build). Would it be possible to update the items in question to standard book format? Thank you for your time.
Is it possible to add more loot bags beyond what's included by default? Like, can I just create additional JSON files with loot tables, with unique names? Or am I limited to what's proovided?
I apologize if this is a known issue, but I have been playing around in a LAN world with my sibling and when wearing the camouflage armor, the game lags out internally from the host's computer regardless of who is wearing it. It's usually just been giving us a report saying, "Internal Exception: java.nio.channels.ClosedChannelException
I originally thought this might have been a computer issue but it doesn't happen on any other worlds or in Vanilla. Now we've actually gotten this crash report. Don't know if it's connected, but lemme know what you think!

Would it be possible to have config options added for magic powder costs for each spell? As well as stuff like 'chance for spell to fail/scroll to break on failure'?
We're using this mod in Rebirth of the Night, and a LOT of the pack has been HEAVILY tweaked and modified, including the rate at which monsters drop powder. It would be fantastic if we had more config control over spell costs so we can balance magic powder around many other aspects of the modpack.

Having lots of fun playing your mod! The only question I have is about guardian towers. I have found several towers with the golem on top and chests in all of the levels, but I cannot find a tower with the guardian altar. Is it a different tower? Am I missing something? I have uncovered probably half of my map and no luck!
Re: Steel Ingots - crafting - possible mod clash or bug or?

Installed this mod yesterday and love it so far, but there seems to be a prob with crafting steel. I can see from a web search that this could be a problem with mod incompatibilties. I'm a modding noob - I mean I can tinkering about with config files etc if I have the instructions but delving around in mods themselves to make them play nicely with each other is something I've never done.
Anyway, I thought I'd here in case someone could help me. I'm sort of hoping this is a known thing and there's an easy fix but I have a sneaky feeling it's not.
Just for clarity, I'm aware this mod isn't being developed any further at the moment.
I've tried various ways of making the steel ingots as suggested in various places around the web (iron with coal combos, iron/coal dust combos, steel dust combos in furnaces etc - think I've tried all the possible combinations) and nothing works. Using JEI, the recipe for steel is a circular problem - to make a steel ingot you need 9 steel nuggets, but to make 9 steel nuggets you need an iron ingot. I can make steel dust, but can't combine them in any way.
As far as I can tell, I have one other mod referencing 'steel' - Zoo And Wild Animals Rebuilt (ZAWA) - and that makes iron ingots into steel bars (bars as in 'cages' not ingots themselves.) Could this be the problem? Is there a way I can fix this?
So that's the stage I'm at, but I realise I'm probably missing terminology/info, for which I apologise.
If anyone can help me, I'd be so grateful, partly to get the mod to work but also it might give me an insight into how mods work and might mean I can solve my own probs in the future.

They go with your mod's barreled TNT and remind me of a character (you know) lmao
If only they had some kind of linkage ok i mean :
The barreled TNT can be detonated by the ammunition fired by the flicker gun, and can also explode in chain.
Oh but .. seems there is no way to use the flintlock weapon , maybe its WIP .:huh:

Would it be possible to have config options added for magic powder costs for each spell? As well as stuff like 'chance for spell to fail/scroll to break on failure'?
We're using this mod in Rebirth of the Night, and a LOT of the pack has been HEAVILY tweaked and modified, including the rate at which monsters drop powder. It would be fantastic if we had more config control over spell costs so we can balance magic powder around many other aspects of the modpack.
I really want to use this mod, but I prefer the normal weapon textures over the 3D weapon models (Still good job on the models).
How do I reach the config of the Mod itself (No Modpack), and disable the 3D weapon models?

The only question I have is about guardian towers. I have found several towers with the golem on top and chests in all of the levels, but I cannot find a tower with the guardian altar. Is it a different tower? Am I missing something? I have uncovered probably half of my map and no luck!

Re: Steel Ingots - crafting - possible mod clash or bug or?

Installed this mod yesterday and love it so far, but there seems to be a prob with crafting steel. I can see from a web search that this could be a problem with mod incompatibilties. I'm a modding noob - I mean I can tinkering about with config files etc if I have the instructions but delving around in mods themselves to make them play nicely with each other is something I've never done.
Anyway, I thought I'd here in case someone could help me. I'm sort of hoping this is a known thing and there's an easy fix but I have a sneaky feeling it's not.
Just for clarity, I'm aware this mod isn't being developed any further at the moment.
I've tried various ways of making the steel ingots as suggested in various places around the web (iron with coal combos, iron/coal dust combos, steel dust combos in furnaces etc - think I've tried all the possible combinations) and nothing works. Using JEI, the recipe for steel is a circular problem - to make a steel ingot you need 9 steel nuggets, but to make 9 steel nuggets you need an iron ingot. I can make steel dust, but can't combine them in any way.
As far as I can tell, I have one other mod referencing 'steel' - Zoo And Wild Animals Rebuilt (ZAWA) - and that makes iron ingots into steel bars (bars as in 'cages' not ingots themselves.) Could this be the problem? Is there a way I can fix this?
So that's the stage I'm at, but I realise I'm probably missing terminology/info, for which I apologise.
If anyone can help me, I'd be so grateful, partly to get the mod to work but also it might give me an insight into how mods work and might mean I can solve my own probs in the future.
