It's got to do with how the mod is rendered, do be reminded its on our internal todo list but its not that high up at the moment as liteloader is forge compatible and can give compatiblitiy for things like mini-maps for the moment.
ok, thanks for atleast considering it, i have but don't use liteloader as i have no mods to use with it, and i want to be able to use xaeros minimap instead of this mods maps, it just looks and feels better.
thanks anyway for replying and possibly adding compatibility with it!
(and i can't forget.....thanks so much for continuing this mod! i really love it and i feel its a great addition to my game!)
The SaoUI that you see is a Legacy mode it will not be updated unless there is sufficent want for it. also it was deemed a hassle to update because it is lower resolution meaning we would have to lower the quality to sub-par standards in-order to match the theme of the old ui.
in conclusion if the demand for a high resolution Saoui to replace the one jacki made is high enough I'll do it. but that is a long way off in the distance as right now I have other projects being worked on. hope you understand. J~ ((PS. What ever mod decided that I can't say "First!" on the Thread where I'm one of the lead developers is kind of dis-respectful. -_-" )) XD Edit: Also the Hot Bar will have a option to be repoistioned in a config file once blue gets back from vacation and gets around too it, and status effect sprites have just been finished for all effects, maps being updated are also on the internal list and I've made a note of the animal colors to have them changed to yellow. the death screen is a vanilla minecraft limitation but ill make a note of it aswell, the Congratulations is finished but implementation is not yet done. ps. a immoral object would be very in appropriate for this mod. are you sure you didn't mean immortal? xp

I see...interesting. Anyways, that "immoral" part was a typo. I'm going to change that. Thanks for the feedback as well as giving out your game plan
Also could you add a "WARNING" indicator when in an area with darkness great enough for mobs to spawn? And is there a way to make it configurable so i can put the item bad back on the bottom?
Also, It broke when i opened the inventory
Yes it Should Make Noises, No Adding a Warning is not on the Itinerary simply because we're simply keeping as accurate to the source material as possible. and it broke when you opened the menu because it is a common bug, reloging seems to fix that most of the time. also crash report has been noted and will be looked over thank you.
there is a setting in the mod options tab that enables mod sounds. normally it should be on by default, but just in case, check it to see. it should be glowing orange when enabled(or disabled depending on preference). if still silent, check your minecraft and computer sounds, assuming you were asking this because it was silent, otherwise, if you want sounds off, just disable em in the options menu.
as for the other two, they were answered pretty well and i'll leave at that.
(p.s. you can check light level with F3. i know its a tad inconvenient, but its better than nothing.)

The Legacy Version by Jacki is being updated to be inline with the Alo theme, at this moment I'm working on the theme but its slow going, There is also talk of a hunger bar for Updated Sao theme but I wouldn't hold my breath at this point as it would require making new assets which take time.
Alright, I think the hunger should get a proper bar though, Because looking at that tiny indicator isn't very easy to tell.
we actually are considering doing that for the original ui, but if that does bother you, you can use the alo theme. just go into the options and disable the "Original UI" option near the bottom of the options list. the alo theme has higher res textures and both a health and mana(hunger) bar.
oh by the way i find it inconvenient that you cant check to see what players are online on a server, will you please fix that? or maybe add a fancier version of it? (i like fancy stuff so i would prefer a new style or way to see online players but its up to you whether you want to take more time to make it look cooler or just make things simple with the old style)

that is a bug mentioned in the first post..please read things over before posting bug reports? ^-^ tldr it will be fixed eventually.
So when I try to load up the mod, it goes fine, and then the entire launcher just goes white. Nothing else, no alerts. Nada. So...a little help please?
EDIT: The old mod by Jacki still works, but yours doesn't...?

Not to be rude but i keep hearing you say " I will think about it, I will see where it goes, I will take it into consideration, If the people want it enough, IT will happen, And i also hear you saying this mod will be a direct copy of the UI in SAO but yet people who are suggesting things are 90% of the time directly from SAO yet you keep saying these things, The real question here is WHY are you saying these things? And yes, You really NEED to implement a Hunger Bar, This is Minecraft, It's a survival Game, We need to know what our hunger level is.
ok, thanks for atleast considering it, i have but don't use liteloader as i have no mods to use with it, and i want to be able to use xaeros minimap instead of this mods maps, it just looks and feels better.
thanks anyway for replying and possibly adding compatibility with it!
