Town Builder is a mod designed for map makers and server owners. It allows for the creation of a plot system that allows players to buy houses or other structures.
An example of this mod in use can be found in the TolkiencraftII mod pack.

I myself am not a map maker or a server owner. This mod was made at the request of GreatOrator (The author of the TolkiencraftII pack).
To improve this mod i am open to input from map makers and server owners. So if you would like to use this mod in your map/on your server but you fell it is missing something please let me know and i will most likely add it.

To do this it dose the following:
1. Uses ASM to extend the potion array to 2048
1. Tracks all potions as they are added to the potions array.
2. Finds all conflicting id's.
3. Finds all available id's.
4. Creates a text file listing all of the conflicts and suggests a free id for each one. (See spoiler for an example output)
Conflict: vazkii.***:botania.potion.allure --> com.witchery.***:chilled at id: 95 Change one of these to 87
Conflict: vazkii.***:botania.potion.bloodthirst --> com.witchery.***:brewingexpertise at id: 94 Change one of these to 89
Conflict: vazkii.***:botania.potion.emptiness --> com.witchery.***:attractprojectiles at id: 93 Change one of these to 69

This file is generated in the config folder.
This mod will break compatibility with vanilla servers!
The ASM used to expand the potion array past 127 breaks compatibility with vanilla servers (There is just no way around that) So if you are using less then 128 potion id's it is recommended that you remove the mode once you have resolved all id conflicts.
Mad Help is a mod designed for mod pack creators at the request of GreatOrator the creator of the tolkiencrat mod pack.
Features:
Map Installer
This is mad help's main feature. It allows pack creators to set up a list of maps that the user can select from. The mod can then download and install these maps in the client.
Along with full maps the installer is also capable of downloading specific regions and merging them with an existing map.
Splash Screen
This is a configurable "Wall of text" that can be displayed the first time the pack is loaded before the main menu. It can also be configured to show every time the pack is loaded, When the pack is updated, When an online configuration file is updated or not at all.
Cheat Deterrent
This is an option that allows you to remove the "Game Mode" and "Allow Cheats" buttons from the LAN Multiplayer menu. Of course if players are determined enough to cheat there are ways around around this such as simply disabling this feature in the config. But by removing the easy option this should reduce the temptation to cheat.
Online Configuration
The json files used to configure the list of map downloads and the splash screen can be stored online e.g. in a github repository. This allows the pack creator to update the map selection and splash screen on the fly without having to release a new version of the pack.

also i have some questions , regarding the Distortion Flame in the tablet it says that it's extremely fragile and cannot be picked up after placed even with silk touch however mining it with a Draconic Pickaxe or the Staff of Power without silk touch will make it jump to the inventory in 1x1 mode.
is this a bug or intended ? if it's a bug then am using version 1.0.1c with Forge 1424
also in creative menu there is bunch of items & blocks that has no recipe nor its mentioned on the tablet , for exmable
the creative & un-bound key and the toggle block that comes with it . what does these do ??
admin dilsocater , is this meant to be a troll block ? the only way i see a use for it is when in mining world and you need to get away from other people quarry's in a server
can i use the Draconic spawn egg on a chaos dragon so i can manually spawn it ?

I changed it so that the distortion flame can only be collected with draconc tools but i guess i forgot to update the documentation. The creative keystones and the keys that go with them are a feature for map makers (specifically added for tolkiencraft2) I may add some documentation for those somwear but im not sure where yet. And the admin dislocator is a server utility. I know of atleast 2 servers/maps that have used it to send players into the world from spawn. (Tolkiencraft2 and lolnet.co.nz)
Lastly the admin spawn egg is another map making item designed for tilkiencraft2. Its pretty much identical in function to a single use safari net from mfr. I dont think it will work on the dragon because thats not a regular entity.

Pretty much any entity except the dragon. The dragon is actually a bunch of separate entities ("Dragon Parts") working together as one entity.
Not sure exactly why its done like that. Im guessing the main reason is so that it can have a more realistic hit box as opposed to just a giant cube. That also allows you to do more damage depending on what part of the dragon you hit.

I'm having some problems gettin Draconic Evolution to work in my pack. It seems to have a conflict with Thaumic Tinkerer, and crashes on startup.

I love the new chaos guardian! I thought the original one was tough! I'm having a problem though. He doesn't seem to have a hit box? I'm running 1.0.2 snapshot 5 with FTB Infinity. I can fly right through the dragon swinging my draconic staff. I can shoot arrows directly at his face as he approaches. No hit. I don't just mean no damage. I mean, I'm not making any contact. Am I missing something?
Oh, ok. I was using multiMC, i had recently heard about it and decided to try it out.
MultiMC 5 is in my opinion the best minecraft manager around. Just remember that most mods these days will go in "Loader mods" infact i dont even see an option to install core mods. Unless you mean you used the "Add jar mod" option in which case i should tell you that absolutely no forge mods will ever be installed in that way.

seems to be an Enchantment ID conflict , open DraconicEvolution.cfg and change I:"Reaper Enchant id" to a different number

Yeah but that doesn't stop Server side commands.
True, but there really is no good way to override true server commands, you can however use the mod to block LAN commands

I keep getting an error saying that I need 1.0.0.11 for draconic evolution, but i have that installed in my coremods folder on multimc.
Can you please help?
you are using an old version update manually the latest version
BransonsCore dose not go in the core mods folder... As far as i know there shouldnt be a "coremods" folder. Atleast not one added by forge.
