Yes! I am currently working on an overhaul of the implant and module mechanic by turning it into a sort of mini-game. Modules take up a certain number of grid spaces in your implants, limiting the overall number of modules that can be installed.
Also, is it just me or does my OP not show any spoiler buttons?
You should add a fuel system that after becoming cyborg a certain amount, you need fuel to work. When you run out of fuel, you stop in place and can only self destruct. And different types of implants like steampunk, futuristic, mobs or animals.Mobs or animals should need to eat according to the mob/animal.Steampunk should use mechanical or steam energy. And futuristic should be able to use rf/mj/eu or some kind of redstone energy core. And a drone system that after becoming cyborg enough, your legs can turn into little cars or tanks, and your head can become a quadcopter that you can control. But you can only do one at a time and when your head goes, you are vulnerable unless you use the proximity detector implant that alarms you and a defense implant that gives your body an AI.

Thats all.
I Think What would be cool is to have energy converter Implants to your arm, that convert your Naterual energy to arm but Wont have the implants can waste hunger a bit faster, you can set it as a back up.Instead of Self Distruct,That should happen when you die Or Trigger a Button:P
So, is cybernetica discontinued? I mean it's been two years and there's still only two implants, AND they're still buggy-looking as all hell. I ask because that'd be really sad. I was gonna make sort of a terminator mod collection.

Oh wait, that was when you joined Tend to forget that and get it mixed up with when the comment was made. Still, is it? I haven't noticed any real difference between the mod now and the video showcase on youtube that informed me of the mod like months ago.
No, it has not been discontinued, just put on hold. I've become really busy lately so I haven't had the time to work on it (or any of my mods for that matter). I am trying to normalize my schedule so I can devote time to programming again. It bugs me I have so many things left to add to my mods and no time to do them
Fun fact: Cybernetica has been downloaded over 1,000 times since I haven't worked on it. I get it! You guys want more Cybernetica
Speaking of terminators, I have some ideas to add to the... terminator-ness of the mod: Possibly sub-dermal implants, implants under the skin so you can't see them till you take enough damage (dependent on how many sub-dermal implants you take), and possibly a kind of machine, sort of like the cloning machine from well the cloning mod (though unlike the cloning mod, this one's permanent) that sort of takes your brain and puts it in a terminator-esque endoskeleton before covering it with synthetic flesh, blood, hair and organs such as skin and eyes. This would give a permanent strength boost, give you access to more kinds of implants and/or modules, let you have more modules installed at a time, use modules without requiring implants (Though the effects are significantly reduced), remove your need to eat, make you immune to poision and wither (or really anything that would require you to have flesh and blood) after your health gets reduced by... for now let's say half, in addition to temporarily rendering you invulnerable when the same thing happens, and possibly some more that I have yet to think of. This doesn't make you a practical god, though. For starters, when you become a reverse-cyborg like this (A sentient machine with organic components rather than an organic with mechanical components) you cannot heal naturally, to repair your endoskeleton you need repair tools, and to mend your synthflesh you need specialized medical equipment and some form of organ cloning machine. In addition after your synthflesh has fallen off (or, more likely, gotten blown off) you can short out in water, at the best slowing you, and at the worst doing damage or outright killing you. You cannot sleep, if you want to pass the night you need a recharging station or something. Also you can't swim, only make a little hop to climb up one block. This makes sense, your endoskeleton and synthflesh weigh a total of around 400 pounds. Also the machines needed would be REDICULOUSLY expensive. I'm not talking diamonds, i'm talking emeralds and nether stars. Lastly (for now) you'd only be able to be put into terminator models that have some form of endoskeleton, like the T-850 (the Arnold model, though that's only the model 101 class, theoretically they could look like almost anyone) or POSSIBLY (though I wouldn't go with it) the model from terminator three, so no T-8000s. If nothing else, because that doesn't even have anything to hold your brain in, you'd just be putting it in a puddle of liquid metal.
Is almost a year, now is the autor dead, it have new problems in the real life, something, I really miss cybernetica is the only good cyborg mod for minecraft, in fact is the only one

not a button to be seen
*rips hair out* Looks like I'll be submitting a support ticket then
You should make multiple module slots, but make the grid space thing. And maybe add a mob scanner and a minimap to the head slot
Scanner: yes, minimap: not likely since there are some really great minimap mods already

Bump.Is the mod author dead?
No I am not
Real life has gotten in the way recently so I haven't been able to put the time into modding as I would like to.
Oh,thanks for letting us know.Real life is more important than anything. So take as much time as you want.
