Ok lets make this simple,
How many bosses are there?
How do you spawn the bosses?
How do you get to the dimension?
What can you do in the dimension?

Currently There are 2 Bosses. 1. Infernum Avis (spawns in obsidian pymides) 2. Herobrine (must be summoned)
To Summon: build the following in the nether displayed by the picture and place a piece of wither dust on in the middle.
To Enter the Abyss simply place dark bricks in the classic nether portal design, and use wither dust to open it.
(dark bricks are created by the alter showed below, make sure you have a power source for the alter. alters are powered by placing nether blocks around it)
There is not a whole lot todo in the abyss yet, however I'm open to any suggestions. You can get all the acid you ever need. Phantoms will spawn and give you Ectoplasm, used by the Alter. Mine Dimensional-ore, used in the Alter to create pocket worm holes.

can you update ad inferos to 1.2 because I can't use this mod because it is 1.0 and the core to make this mod work is 1.2 so can you update ad inferos mod please
The Version of the Mod and the Mod core dosent need to be in sync. Just make sure you are using the latest version of Ad Inferos and Think Big Core for the proper minecraft version, and that no other Mods are conflicting with it.

This mod looks great, I'm not really fond of the nether but this makes me want to visit more often.

I think there is a little problem with your mod. I saw the nether biome spawn in the overworld. I looked into your files and it seems you didnt restrict your biome to nether, it is in category "world". im not so good with modding but i think you have to restrict it to nether.
You saw the very common Nether Biome (It is not a bug). Nether Biomes spawn naturally in the Overworld like any other. Nether Biomes can be disabled in the config file Under "world: Generate Hell Biomes"
Oh well, thx for the fast replie. Im using biomes o plenty, thats propably why the biome looks so out of place. An i looked at your screeshots and it looked like the biome should be in the nether. Sorry but the boss in the obsidian pyramid is somehow not in the middle but in the top left corner of the room. There is no obsidian and everytime i attack him, he just builds us down
1. Ad Infernos/ThinkBigCore seems to disable NEI, when starting a new game, the options and gui and functionality of NEI are gone.
2. Add more configuration options to your config file, for example, lets say we still want to craft some weapons, but don't want to craft obsidian or quartz tools because another mod adds those recipes, we should be able to disable this mod's.
Other than that, this is pretty much the Nether version of Hardcore Ender Expansion, so taking account in to these two things should really earn it a place in modpacks.
so here's my question...how do i download it? i've been trying for quite a bit to figure out how to download this awesome-looking mod, and i can't because i can't find the download button.

This mod appears to have a conflict issue with CodeChicken's Not Enough Items mod.
I am unable to open the Not Enough Items interface by pressing O, This presents a problem when looking for recipes for mod items and blocks.

I have tried turning off the vanilla fixes to see if it fixes this issue, it does not.
I'm going to try TooManyItems and see if I still run into this issue.
UPDATE:
Thank you superdextor for responding to an apparently common issue.
For those too lazy to read the FAQ for the mod, open the Think Big Core config file and set:
"# Generate Spawn Eggs for Entitys like, Iron Golem, Wither, Ender Dragon, ect.. [default: true"
from ture to false.
This will get NEI to work again.

Ok, I'm going to assume that the Abyss dimension is a WIP.
No pickaxes seem to cause Darkstone to drop as an item (unless you have a silk touch one, is this intentional to make navigating the abyss harder?)
There doesn't appear to be a way to get dark bricks that I know of (unless they are in dungeons) and there doesn't appear to be a way to light an abyss portal (unless it's WIP or only found in dungeons.)
One thing that appears to be a bug is in the attatched image.
These strange white orbs appear out of nowhere when breaking/placing blocks, seemingly random, and don't appear to do anything or mark anything.
They don't even appear to exist as a block of some kind either! Is this some sort of render bug or is this also some sort of secret intentional thing?
These strange orbs also appear in the Overworld.
Finally this may just be a rendering issue with ATI chipsets but when in the Abyss, using anything with nightvision causes everything to be pitch black.
Yes Darkstone is unminable that was intentional. Darkbricks are made in the Nether Alter (make sure the alter is powered, to power place: Wither, Netherite, Magma, Darkstone or Fire around it); to open the Abyss Portal simply use a piece of Wither Dust. This is the first time I have seein' random "White Orbs" Ad Inferos doesn't hook into particles, so probably not the source. Night Vision is disabled in the Abyss.
I removed Ad Infernos to test and see if those Orbs vanish and they didn't. Must be some other mod causing it.
Nightvision being disabled is nice, but it does seem dumb for everything to become pitch black (including any source of light placed, the entire screen renders as a black void) If the potion effect was just actively removed that would be ok. It would be daunting to enter the Abyss with a full set of Glowstone Armor to someone going through the mod blindly. People might even think that their game crashed.
Do you plan on adding armor/enchantments/potion effects to resist the effects of acid? (Much like Fire Resistance Potions allow you to swim in lava unharmed.)
