Mobs don't seem to recognise the new gates as obstacles, and keep jumping up against them;
I have the setting for the new enchanting table mechanics off, yet it still visually shows the 1.8 enchanting table UI (it still works as the pre-1.8 system though, with the "real" slot between the two visual, 1.8 slots);
And I don't know whose end this is on so I may make a post in the other thread, but Witchery's hobgoblins don't seem to recognise your doors. I haven't been able to test them with villagers yet (to be fair I don't really know how villagers and doors work), but I could imagine the villagers working but not the hobgoblins if the hobgoblins are looking specifically for the vanilla door blocks. I can understand if nothing can be done on your or either end about this though
Mostly little things, but thought I'd let you know! Loving having almost all the great new things in 1.8 with my already established mods!

Strange crash...
But I've figured out a fix to it. Thanks for the report :3
Hey, you don't seem to have a specific MCF thread for WoodStuff, so I figured I'd mention it here, if that's alright :
Suggestion: Crafting tables! I'd really love a crafting table in every single type of wood colour, just like the fences, bookshelves, and other blocks it adds for woods. Random Things showed me the wonders of this in 1.6.4 with its "more crafting tables" option, and now can't live without it
Fixes/Tweaks:
- It doesn't seem to work with the pipe ("|") symbol. I'd love to add some missing wood options for Growthcraft's bamboo, but because it's "Growthcraft|Bamboo:[stuffhere]", it breaks the parsing of the config. I know there are other mods which use it too (like Project Red, at least; don't know whether it adds other woods though), so it might be a useful thing to add compatibility for.
- It would also be nice to be able to remove blocks from planks it has inbuilt support for. Like, I feel Biomes o' Plenty's "bamboo thatching" doesn't make very fitting pressure plates and bookshelves, but I either have every plank variety from BoP have every block option, or none have any at all (without putting every single block into the custom part, which it's not nearly serious enough for me to want to do). This is a very small thing though.
- And finally, I don't know how easy it would be to do, but it'd make much neater names if the "wood planks" part could be trimmed off of the autogenerated names; I've personally reorganised the naming with my resource pack to have the wood type first like other wood block types, like it says "spruce wood planks fence", and since it's so repetitive, I'm wondering if it'd be possible (even with the default name styling, since it'd still be neater then) to have some logic to find " wood planks" or just " planks" (spaces before, to distinguish things like "Darkwood" and "Dark Wood") on the ends of plank names and not display that in the resultant WoodStuff block. Also a really small thing though; the crafting tables and pipe symbol problem are the main things I'm interested in!
It's a great little (yet versatile!) mod though, thanks for making it!

Oh yeah I never got around to making an MCF page for WoodStuff, I should definitely get around to it...
As for your requests:
-Crafting tables could be done, I'll see how they'll look and if I like it I'll add it in :3 I've also got plans for chests and signs btw :3
-Disabling each block is pointless, if you only want a few blocks from BoP to be added, disable them all in the config file, and then add the ones you want individually
-The problem with the names is when it comes to different languages, in english it's easy to just strip the "Planks" part and then place the wood name after the block's name, but I'm afraid it's not that simple with every other language. So I'd rather keep it like that.
How difficult would an invertible white/blacklist be? So you could just switch the config section (don't use woodstuff so operating 100% on assumption here) for BoP to "blacklist" and put the 5 or 6 blocktypes you don't want instead of the 50-60 block types you do?

-Yay, looking forward to it all
-It's more that there's only a few blocks I don't want, which is the thing, but as I said, it's nothing all that important, more just me being picky I guess!
TomeWyrm's whitelist/blacklist thing could be a good way to do it though, assuming it's not a lot of work!
-That's all understandable. Thanks for considering these
YES THANK YOU I NEEDED THIS SO MUCH. I ALWAYS WANTED TO GO TO 1.8 BUT MY MODS WON'T LET ME
Are you playing on a server or single play?
Single player.
Oh I know what caused the problem. Unfortunately there's no easy way to fix it without breaking resource pack support.
The mod is overriding the vanilla texture for the GUI, if I change the name then 1.8 resource packs won't support it )=
I'd recommend creating a resource pack with the 1.7 texture, or just ignore the empty slot :3
Alright, that's workable, I'm already using a resource pack to fix a few other things, thanks
Thank you so much.. I wondering if there's another mod for infdev features
Does this bring in 1.8 TNT mechanics??? If not, can it?
TNT works differently in 1.8?
First post has a list of the features =P
yes good sir, 1.8 makes it so TNT moves with flowing water, and acknowledges block gaps to the amount of explosive power
many people believe that it nerfed TNT cannons, but it really didnt, only making them better!
Can someone help me with this crash?

But I've figured out a fix to it. Thanks for the report :3
Okay. Thanks for the help :3

Requests for Chorus Plants, Endstone Bricks and Purpur Blocks spam coming in 3....2.....1....
Working on them already :3
Only need to get the Chorus Plant working and I'll have a release.
Since the arrows don't have a recipe, I'm not adding them yet.
