What about the grinder crash on LAN play? Post with error dump is a few posts back...
Not sure what your issue is. Ensure that both people have the mod installed and same version for both NeoTech and Bookshelf. Other than that I can't tell what the issue is
Pretty big change happening in the next release. All Insert/Extract pipes are gone in favor of a single Interface Pipe. This pipe can insert and extract. By default, it will do both but with the control expansion you can change each side's mode to either insert, extract, or both. This should allow you to make things much more compact. Hopefully this will be a welcome change and no issues will show up.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This means all existing pipes will be gone, you should take out all upgrades before updating. This next release will be considered our first real official release on 1.8.9 as Forge is now out of beta
Along with this, we are now on the IItemHandler system released with the new forge. This is what forge says is the way to handle items, if another mod can not insert or extract items from our inventories then you should tell them to update to the new IItemHandler interface. Forge has made it clear that IInventories and ISidedInventories are no longer what modders should use so if our mod doesn't work with those mods, that is on them. However, we have added support to insert and extract from those old inventories for the time being. NeoTech will be able to interface with all inventories however some mods may not be able to interface with us. I hope this makes sense, essentially if another mod uses some sort of item movement system they may find they can't access our inventories.
This next release should be a pretty good one, I hope you guys enjoy it as we have put a lot of work into it
Sorry perhaps we weren't clear in the update changelog, the thermal binder now requires molten tin. This can be from Tinkers or using our electric crucible. It only needs 20 mb of tin but without molten tin you can't bind components. That is what the new rectangle on the right edge above the start button is for

Yeah, it wasn't 100% clear for me. Now that I've re-read it, it makes sense. Thanks a bunch.

Uhh, I crash when I try to use fluid pipes to pump lava into an iron tank, from a crucible, and my world becomes useless, it crashes and I can't use that world anymore. Anyone know how to fix this?

So went to try out the beta 1.9 version and I can't get it to launch.
Is it something i did on my end?

I have a Thermal Binder set up with a full tank of molten tin, lots of power and an empty motherboard and four upgrades in the slots. I click start and nothing happens. Do I need something else?
EDIT: Wait, I didn't know you could stack items in the machine. I had one processor in each of the four slots, and I guess that confused the machine?

I can't seem to get any of the upgrades in the machines
I'm using the FTB Unstable version of the mod. For some reason the thermal binder is no longer allowing me to create a motherboard.
I'm not getting an error or anything else, it just simply will not let me hit "start"
Screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/K2nLay2qe
It won't let me start the process with JEI off, in case the overlay was blocking it:

Let me know if you need more information.

The Thermal Binder doesn't seem to be working. I give it power, add a BLANK MB in and the upgrades i want. But when i click "START", nothing happens.
You also need molten tin
