Very strange. Are you sure it still works on 21.1.1?

It's like the second loading stage is not fired or it fails. Unfortunately Forge completely suppressed exceptions during that event now for some reason. Here is a test build that will give us the real cause:

Since I play on 2 different PCs, I use symlinks and OneDrive to sync a few folders between PCs. Turns out that the "config" folder can't be a symlink for the newer versions of your minimap. I had a similar issue with OptiFine last year, when it stopped working when I symlinked the "mods" folder. "XaeroWaypoints" folder has no issues being a symlink.

I guess I have to sync the whole game folder now.
