i am assuming that wasnt sarcasm. regardless, the way they have that folder design can work perfectly. instead of having the tabs at the top like normal, you can, when in creative mode, click the inventory button to automatically be taken to the folder interface, where you can click on a respecive folder which uses the same inventory tabs as the respective folders instead.
these are the two ways it could work, of course sleeker looking and actually to the SAO look

Firstly, It Wasn't Sarcasm. I Was Pretty Impressed. Probably Could Have The Folder Names On A Sidebar And The Main Screen Blank Until You Click On A Folder, So When You Click On A Folder It Shows All The Blocks And Items In The Big Main Screen. You Can Also Easily Switch Between The Creative Tabs That Way.

i do like your idea, of course when you first open up that interface having my initial folder design will work to begin i feel. along with that, the side navigation bar should be able to change between the creative inventory, your personal inventory and whatever other inventories that can be easily added(ie tinkers construct and baubles inventories). and then you can have drop down menus.
Thanks for supporting me on that idea. I was not thinking only of the files though, like maybe a CPU and memory display, and also the ability of editing server configs with it. But I don't think the creative mode would work, because there are creative servers, and that would cause problems.
I was thinking that the mod would detect if the user was a server admin or not and allow access to the admin ui, and the admin ui to be an option in the options tap of the menu where the "can logout" option and other options are.
I'm Probably Getting The Wrong Idea, But Why Have The Creative Menu Have A "Can Log Out" Button? In Sword Art Online Vol. 4 (Light Novel) It States That Akihiko Kayaba Could Log Himself Out, So He Would Have That Log Out Button On His Screen.
Sorry man, that isn't a bug. That can happen in one of two ways.
a ) Right when you took damage, you regenerated health, so the bar actually barely keeps up, but the counter still thinks you're at zero.
b ) You respawned too fast for the bar to recalculate its values
Hmm, thats odd, even since my health seems to still be at 0 forever, even after i relog, and even reload minecraft. I have to uninstall this mod and reintall it in order for it to work. :/
COuld you backport the 1.8 version of the mod to 1.7.10 (and no I dont want to use the old 1.7.10 version from the original author. Thats why Im asking :D)

pretty sure the current mod author doesnt have any plans of backporting it at this time, especially with as many bugs as there are. maybe when the mod has a more stable version out the author might plan for a 1.7 port. of course, the issue also comes with complete mod support with 1.7.10 mods.
Where else? what is more admin than creative mode? just change the creative menus to be skinned in a similar way as this.
itll work
Amazing. Well, I Didn't Think Of That. Good Idea!

this also adds for easy other-mod support if based directly off of the creative tabs

Does this mod work with mods that add more hotbar boxes like Mine and blade battlegear 2 or mods like Custom NPCs?

Something close to this perhaps?

P.S. You're ideas are great, guys(and gals)!

you are getting the wrong idea. in the normal survival menu, there is a options menu.
I meant that all users admin or not, would start with the normal ui active, but if an admin wanted to use the admin ui they could
eneble it in the options where other options are.
here is a link to a photo of the options menu.

Oh, Alright. Yeah I Got The Wrong Idea. But I Like Starting Out On The SAO UI By Default.
*Note: When You Said "Normal Survival Menu" I Thought Of The Vanilla Minecraft UI.
Will there be a down port to 1.7.10 ?
Thanks for understanding. Plus have you seen a bug where the sao ui health is at 0 while you're still alive until you die? because i have.
No... ? Well, If You Say There's A Bug It's Bound To Be Fixed...

Um...I cannot find any sort of menu to tell me where the mod UI controls are.
