From your specs I would assume that you are on a laptop, right?
Looks like you are using an integrated graphics chipset.
What you could try is to open the DimensionalPockets config file, and change the value of FORCE_FANCY_RENDERING to 1. It may help, no guarantees though.
Yes it does, so it's not a mod incompatibility. I tried reinstalling both mods as well, and that didn't work either. I'm wondering if I should just get a new graphics card, as the problem is probably on my end.
Just to be sure, as I'm basically out of ideas at this point: Do you have your monitor plugged into the correct port? If you are not 100% sure, can you take a picture of the back of your PC and mark the cable that is your monitor?
[Edit] I'm going to bed now, so my next reply may take a while
Well, I have nothing to take a picture with, but it's in the only port that it fits in. And my dad, who works with computers for a living, says everything is right.

Actually, I'm not on a laptop.
But I tried it anyways and it did not fix it.
Can you check if you still have the issue if the only mods you are using are Dimensional Pockets and OmnisCore?

Hm, I'm sorry but it does not look like it is something that I can fix.
I suspect your onboard graphics to be the problem, not 100% sure though.
That's alright. Thanks anyways for trying. I'll try to get a better graphics card.
I just released a new version (1.0.1) of the mod, you can grab it here:
This version contains mainly bugfixes. It is the final release of Dimensional Pockets. Only bugfixes may be released if necessary.
I'll be working on Dimensional Pockets 2 though, which will be for MC 1.10.2 or later
