Incorrect. It means that the bug HAS been fixed, just for a version your not using. If one of the other devs goes back and tracks it down and patches it, then it will be fixed for 1.6.4. However, we are currently working on post 1.7.10 things.
If you decide to not update, well thats your issue. We, the developers, will continue to move forward as minecraft does.
The reason I have 1.6 is because it's a bit more "stable" and some mods aren't updated yet but i'll probably update versions when we get bored of the modpack. Thanks for the help anyways.
For those mods that don't have NEK support, is there a way to use LWJGL key codes in the minecraft client options.txt file to force the use of a [shift]/[alt]/[ctrl] + key keybind?
This page lists the LWJGL key codes for individual keys.
However, it says nothing about codes for key combinations. Do such codes exist?
In the meantime, I've been (politely) asking the devs of the mods I use to add NEK support. (Which is going slowly; I'm trying to avoid running afoul of the spam filter). So far, I've asked:

Key bindings overhaul allows you to bind as many keys to one keybindning, and for doing that i'm using 2 things: Removing mc's code responsible for keys (asm) and Overhandling gui to be able to input multiple keys (events + new Gui)
Because of KBO using gui and NEK too, they are not compatible... yet... (well, mc doesn't crash, it's just one gui taking over another...)...
One of ways of making them compatible - is doing new mod (that will require both NEW and KBO to be installed), that will contain merged gui: NEK's gui with KBO's buttons system...
Maybe Oku removed the 1.6.4 off his thread this is for 1.7.10.

I need a version for 1.7.2. and don't tell me to update to 1.7.10 because my graphics card dosent support opengl 2.1
So you are demanding him make a version just for you, instead of you fixing the problem? Yeah, that makes sense..... not.
Not gonna happen kid. You are just going to have to do without.
