Also, the portals do not work well after moving using any type of frame, like Remain in Motion, Framez, Funky Locomotion, MFFS ( for some reasons IDK, you had bind the Unique Identifier, and maybe other functions, with the Portal Controller world position ). Using one wrench on the controller do not does the trick.

As for the feature request, you can click the wrench on the side of the UID in the Dialing Module and modify the UID. Is this what you meant?
The redstone interface problems I can't seem to duplicate. I fixed a bunch of redstone problems a few versions ago, but have yet to crash from any redstone problems. If you wouldn't mind, could you take a screenshot or explain your portal frame module setup? At this point on my test server, I can even just place two redstone interfaces next to eachother, one outputting when something touches the portal and one input closing it, and it's smooth.
This goes for all future Redstone Interface problems, If you could please provide screenshots of the module setup, this will help me duplicate the problem faster (Not to mention EP version and Forge #). Thanks!
I always build my portals EXACTLY THE SAME way every time I use this mod. But then once in like 1/1000 this thing happens. If it happens you need to break and recreate your portal a number of times/Restart the server (Never had this problem on Singleplayer that I know of) That will usually fix the problem, after several tries.
It MIGHT have something to do with using a Module Manipulator in the frame, Because I did try that out before setting up the Redstone. And thats about the only thing I rarely use since using it breaks the way you are facing when exiting the portal. If you dont have a Mode Manipulator you will always have your back against the portal if you place blocks on one side of it. However having the Module Manipulator you will always either face North with the module or some other way, that will sometimes make you face into the wall.

On our server with Enhanced Portals 3.0.7 all portals can dial all other portals, completely disregarding the private setting on the portal controller, as long as it's redstone terminating the portal, and not manually terminating it. From my testing it seems that when portals are linked to each other, they act like they share the sending portal's DBS until manual termination.

While you COULD disable power requirements in the config, if you want to keep it on, you'll need another mod that uses Redstone Flux to power it.

Enhanced Portals has a setting to either require power or not in the config folder.
If power is set to be required, RF (RedstoneFlux) is used to power the portals into their DBS. RF is generated through a number of mods including Thermal Expansion, Botania, EnderIO, ExtraUtilities, among others.
If you do not wish to have power required, then set the setting to false in the config file.
Additionally, if power is set to be required, there is a 'multiplier option' which can be used to increase or decrease the amount of power needed to run the portals.

This is very close, just having some forge 1236 problems atm.
What EP3 and Forge version are you using?

If you have added a Destination you are not able to edit the UID for the saved destination anymore, you need to delete it and add another one.
