Unless you play on a energy-less environment ( no TE4, Ender IO, etc ) you may want to input power on the DBS. Also, there are some configs in the config file ( .minecraft\config\EnhancedPortals\config.cfg ).
Such as:
D:DBSPowerStorageMultiplier=1.0 Quantity of maximum energy storage, does not change the consumption rate
D:PowerMultiplier=0.05 Consumption Rate, you can see that I use 1/20 of the default rate, because it was VERY expensive
B:RequirePower=true Set it to false if you don't have any power sources
Hi, I was using this mod until.... found that it crashed my Galacticraft/MorePlanets quest.... At Nibiru I got a crash just after landing... after a brief googled search I found references about Enhanced Portal 3 crashing Moreplanets (is something about potion effects), effectively I remove Enhanced portals (and lost 12 portals already!!) and everything goes fine with MorePlanets.... so, bye bye Enhanced Portals! I have invested so much time and effort to get to tier 6 rockets/planets.... I hope you fix this soon, or your Mod will have a very short life....(as a matter of fact, the hunger, blidness,etc. effects were not fun at all)

I've been trying to recreate a server crash, caused by EP3 for days now and have finally managed to do it. While I admit a user doing something dumb is not a real problem it is A problem.
Create two portals using EP - doesn't matter size, shape, anything nor does it matter how you power the DBS. The system is beautiful, hats off to the dev for some great work
Once you have your portals online, powered, and usable, break the DBS. Doesn't matter if you move it or place it back in the same way nor if you break one block or all of them.
Once you do this the portals, if dialed will power off but it doesn't matter if they are dialed or not, and will require you to make a new DBS card.
Make this new card, add it to the portal at your location, but not the second one (or others if you do more than one), and power that portal one.
As soon as you try to sync the portal with the new card to the portal with the old card **CRASH**
net.minecraft.util.ReportedException: Exception while updating neighbours
I'm not sure, the one thing I haven't tested, if I setup four portals and two DBS does the one I'm "not" breaking keep working or does this affect all portals/DBS in game.

can i use this mod to connect multiple worlds i want to connect my flat world with biomes O plenty
Is there any way to get Enhanced Portals 2? I really prefer that version of the mod.
