It might be funny but this is the single most useful villager moving mod out there. Shear a bunch of noses and take them with you. And in the config file you can alter the speed for how fast the villagers grow up and grow back their noses and customize the range for detecting emerald ore with the nose.
Please don't let it wither up and die away, it's a joke to you, but it's terribly useful. It even works with the Helpful Villagers mod which I'm using in tandem with Millenaire to add soldier villagers to my Millenaire towns.
