The Gods of Minecraftia are not kind.
They only wanted the best for what they created.
But they brought only chaos.
Welcome to the "Poworeful" mod! This modification adds a total of 7 new ores, 4 new armor sets and 5 new tools sets. To boost this roster i have also added 7 new mobs that are sure to make the land seem a little more war-torn.
This is my first full-scale mod and i would highly appreciate some feedback, suggestions are always welcome as well.
ORES AND TOOLS
Name: Gelite
Spawns: Y15 and below
Classification: Ranks between Iron and Diamond. Tools have 750 uses. Armor offers protection between iron and diamond.
Lore: As the gods fought, they drew eachothers blood. This essence of power solidified into a moldable Gel that can form any tool.
Name: Shadow
Spawns: Y10 and below
Classification: Just below Diamond. Tools have 1200 uses. Armor offers Diamond protection and has the following Buffs and Debuffs
Buffs: Night Vision and Speed
Debuffs: Weakness and Mining Fatigue
Lore:The Dark God forged powerful materials for his minions. But his brother tainted its perfection.
Name: Light
Spawns: Y10 and below
Classification: Just below Diamond. Tools have 1200 uses. Armor offers Diamond protection and has the following Buffs and Debuffs
Buffs: Fire Resistance and Regeneration
Debuffs: Slowness and Hunger
Lore:The Light God forged powerful Materials for his loyal followers. But his brother corrupted it.
Name: Blood
Spawns: Y10 and below
Classification: Above Diamond. Tools have 1800 uses. Armor Offers Diamond protection (Until i figure out how to make it do more)
Lore:The carnage was great between both armies. The blood of the fallen fused with their enchanted weaponry and formed something never seen before.
Name: Infused Obsidian
Spawns: Y10 and below
Classification: Above Diamond, Below Blood. Tools have 2000 uses. No Armor. Tools are crafted with a diamond tool at the bottom instead of a stick.
Lore:Both Deities attempted to create something more powerful than their current ores. But they only managed to create a bonding agent
Name: Teardrop Quartz
Classification: Decorative at this time.
Spawns: Y60 and below
Lore: When the gods had to flee, they wept for what they had done to their world. These tears sparkle with the remains of their fading power.
Name: Opal Spawns: Y70 and below Classification: Above Stone, Below Iron. Armor is as good as Chain. Lore: The Great Conflict has uplifted the earth in ways previously unseen, and in doing so it has uncovered a new form of shining Gem.
MOBS
Name: Shadowhunter
Stats: 40 health (20 hearts). does 9 damage (4 and a half Hearts).
Spawns: In the Dark.
Drops: 1-2 Gold Nuggets. Rarely a Golden Carrot.
Lore: The Primary Infantry of the Dark God, These vicious humans work to destroy anything pure.
Name: Moon Ranger
Stats: 20 Health (10 Hearts). does 3 damage (1 and a half hearts).
Spawns: In the dark.
Drops: 1-2 Arrows. 1-2 Gold Nuggets.
Lore:The Primary Ranged unit serving under the Dark God, These men leave none to witness.
Name: Dark Wolf
Stats: Average wolf stats.
Spawns: In the dark.
Drops: Nothing.
Lore: These savage and corrupted beasts seek to destroy anything that moves.
Name: Warrior of Light
Stats: 40 Health (20 Hearts). does 9 damage (4 and a half hearts).
Spawns: at Night.
Drops: 1-2 Gold Nuggets. Rarely a Golden Apple (Ingot Version).
Lore:The God of Light's Main Infantry. They seek to hunt down the darkness.
Name: Sun Sniper
Stats: 20 Health (10 Hearts). does 3 damage (1 and a half hearts).
Spawns: at night.
Drops: 1-2 arrows. 1-2 Gold Nuggets.
Lore: These Ranged units are feared, for their rays of light shall shatter the illusion of darkness.
Name: Traveler
Stats: 60 Health (30 Hearts). does 9 damage (4 and a half hearts).
Spawns: Anytime.
Drops: Nothing at this time.
Lore: Those whom do not wish to fight commonly take up the role of a traveling merchant, trading with those they find.
Name: Knight of Balance
Stats: 60 health (30 Hearts). does 9 damage (4 and a half Hearts).
Spawns: at night.
Drops: 1-2 Gold Nuggets.
Lore:These men of balance seek to end the war by destroying what remains of the Light and Dark Armies.
