Chunked pvp

Hello everybody, I'm proud to present to you Chunked pvp.

Chunked pvp is a server side mod that adds the possibility to determine whether pvp is active per chunk, it adds two commands to do so:

- /togglePVP - Toggles whether pvp is enabled/disabled in the chunk the player is located in.

- /getPVP - Shows a chat message that tells you whether pvp is enabled or disabled in the chunk the player is located in.

it also has a config option to set whether pvp is enabled or disabled in chunks by default.
