OpenEye is (mostly) a developer tool, that collects mods' usage and crash reports. It also delivers notifications (created by mod authors) to clients.
It's difficult to explain the mod fully here without just copy/pasting from the website, so here's a link to the website that goes into a lot of detail about what, how and why: http://openeye.openmods.info/
Woah! So it's basically github issues that can tell you a fix?
Can any modder add their own mods in the OpenEye Modlist Website?
I really love it, makes crash reporting a lot more easier, and finding a fix a lot more better for modders.
In conclusion, Very well done!
(Not sure if you want to do it, but I suggest removing OpenEye in the list of
'Mods that has been installed during every crash' in the crashes tab of your website.
Obviously OpenEye has to be installed if it needed to send the crash to the web.)
May I suggest making a banner? I'd love to spread the word about OpenEye!
A few nice bug fixes - and we're now preparing for inclusion in some very big packs, so we're adding a whole bunch of new tools to the website to make it easier for them

I need to find out what mod is causing a ticking memory connection in the story book modpack on the At Launcher but cant go to the URL that the crash report is uploaded to...

In the few weeks OpenEye has been released we've helped many mods find and fix crashes in their mods.
Nope. Is the OpenEye's website down? Because my browser kept saying that the Connection Time Out occured.
Bump because I'm wondering the same thing.
