Ah man! I can't wait to use this in 1.8. KaboPC had a similar mod, but he hasn't updated it in a while. Im not going to ask when it will be updated because I know you are probably waiting on MCP to be updated. Since MIcrosoft bought Mojang, who know when that will be.
Just wanted to say that I can't wait to use this mod and create my first iron farm! Excellent work!
Updated to 1.8, nothing really new other than the version bump. For LiteLoader, you'll need to use the development build of 1.8 (you'll see it in the thread with the other downloads) since it hasn't been officially released yet.
So apparently this never actually got an option to change the controls for moving the height of the borders around.
There's a toggle option, which is nice, but for some reason the height controls are missing. And, yes, I can tell; Up and Down arrows don't turn red like they should when they conflict, which they would if the options were there like they should be. This is especially problematic because you claim that this feature was added as early as March of this year, but still it does not exist. But the biggest problem is that you used Up and Down in the first place, knowing that there are at least some people out there that use those to move.

Wow, you're absolutely right, I had added them in 1.7.2 but somehow they weren't in 1.7.10 and onward, I guess when updating I copied an older set of files at some point, sorry about that.

I can still play fine, chunkborders just fails to load. I should also mention that I'm also using voxelMap v.1.3.3
Load errors using Liteloader 1.8 Dev Snapshot #37:
I can still play fine, chunkborders just fails to load. I should also mention that I'm also using voxelMap v.1.3.3
Weird it was still working for me, but I recompiled against the latest LiteLoader and uploaded another version, please re-download and see if it helps.
Wow, this mod is awesome! Unfortunately I can't get much use out of it anymore, but I would have killed to have this back when I played factions a lot. I'm sure there are tons of people out there who still need it just as bad. Thanks for making something like this!
ChunkBorders has an issue of having jittery rendering issues at large coords. There are mods that have no issue with this (such as BiomeBorders) and I'd like to be able to see this mod to the same. If the mod has to change how it displays chunk selections, I'd be fine with that so long as it worked at large coords.

Download ChunkBorders 0.2.1 for Minecraft 1.8
• Update to Minecraft 1.8

Anyway here it is fixed:
Download ChunkBorders 0.2.2 for Minecraft 1.8
• Fixed border height keys not being configurable
If you're still using 1.7.10, it's fixed too, just redownload from the original post.

Let us be able to define a chunk size in some way.
I have been playing on some servers and there are few that changes the default plot size for Towny from default 16x16 to larger ones.
The ones i seen were 19x19, 21x21 and 24x24
Would be handy if we could also adjust to those. Even if it can't remember the settings/server
Example coords: 8,008,600, 64, 8,008,600
I wish this could also tell us where a slime chunk is on a server since some servers dont let people know the seed
Any possible support for 1.9 or is this not being updated anymore?
Yes, I'm not super active on the forums anymore but still keeping things updated. As soon as LiteLoader is updated I'll work on a 1.9 release.
Liteloader have released 1.9 versions now
Yes I've had it for a couple of days, just got around to updating:
Download ChunkBorders 0.3.0 for Minecraft 1.9
• Update to Minecraft 1.9
• Added option in config menu to show the center of your current chunk
LiteLoader for 1.9 can be found here.
Works perfectly, thanks!
the 1.8 version works in 1.8.9 ?
OMG YES, thank you thank you thank you!!!! I have grown spoiled with this and will be glad to see this back.
