You had the same error as the other guy. Replace the SolarApoc.cfg in the config folder in your minecraft folder with this one.
I did a mod showcase of you mod, it was a little difficult to get to work but I figured it out. I also couldn't get a few things to work but I assume that they will be fixed later.

Nice, I'll put it in the OP. The Sun Sensor emits a redstone signal, so you'd want a lamp next to it.
CurseForge download seems to now be working, but my site is currently down for some reason, so pics and alt download may not come up again until later today or tomorrow.
Excuse me, Cephrus? I am using it with Feed the Beast Monster, installed it and changed the block IDs so it'd work, yet when I do as you mention to begin with, unfortunately the solar apocalypse never happens. Even when I make a creative world and just spam the new day button with NEI, it doesn't work. Also, the /sapoc stage + just constantly says "Stage 0". What is wrong?
I have tried everything ranging from changing the worldgen like stated, and also even tried the basic world and spawned in a Pandora's box, but nothing.

Alright, I reinstalled and it seems to work alright but I have a bit of an error. It seems to be making the changes client side, as in leaves are still there, and I can't move into the block after they "disappear", not to mention that when I relog it complete;y resets the destruction.

I'll add it to the OP.
Can you wait until the next update? Shouldn't be too long but I changed some mechanics.
Why?

[spoiler]
Looks like the Curse version is still missing the assets folder, therefore it has no textures right now.
