I didn't have this problem til I installed you. ;_; Are there any known mod incompatibilities (I have about 80 installed right now, too many to list off hand). I re-uploaded up skin to make sure it wasn't a skin error by chance, but no dice. And yes, my skin is for 1.7.10. Never been changed.
First, tried updating this mod but your download link is broken. Seems like you broke your Github stuff. Freaked me out because I though maybe you dropped the project. In that regard, what's the latest version available for 1.7.10?
Second, is there a way to change how the hydration bars etc look? I'm not just talking about switching them to minimal mode. I mean like, actually changing the icons.
Last, I put in this suggestion a LONG time ago and I think you seemed pretty open to it, but I haven't seen any update on it - would it be possible to cure meat with salt so that it doesn't go bad (or just takes a LOT longer to rot?) I'm trying to create a modpack based on trading goods, managing resources in a very hardcore manner, and would love it if I could make salt a valuable resource. Being able to cure meat would be a HUGE help in making it a necessary trade item in my modpack.
I find this mod very appealing in that it fixes basically every aspect of minecraft that makes exploration boring. These new mechanics make exploration exciting and fun. Also, it get's rid of strip mining. I know I could just not strip mine, but I'm also thinking about including this in a modpack. I wouldn't want people to strip mine in the modpack as it limits their ability to explore in the beginning. This would in turn, limit accessibility to food to be gathered either for farming or for putting into containment cells for minefactory reloaded. Either way, nice solution to a problem I've been having. The only problem is that I'm thinking about including Pam's Harvestcraft, which includes drinks. Does this mod offer compatibility with that for the thirst mechanic or no? If not, is there a config I could possible add the drinks from Harvestcraft in?
Well, first off, this mod is fantastic. A bit hard, but I'll admit to being a wimp, so it's customizability helps me get over that.
Second. I have a bit of an obsession for synergizing mods together, so what are the hotkeys for adding blocks and armor to the configs? Or, if there aren't any, what are their structures in the config files? I tried telling it to generate blank config files, but it didn't do anything, so I'm left asking for the formats.
HOW DO I SHUT PHYSICS OFF? I downloaded the mod, went to my mountain house world, an earth quake occurs, sending gravel and burying my house in snow, causing it to collapse, and my fireplace ended up burning out of control, melting the snow, causing my house to flood, and it collapses, and falls down the mountain, never to be seen again... So, I make a new house, on the SIDE of the mountain, made some avalanche barriers, Used reinforced concrete (Thuts mod) around the house, added supports *Made of reinforced concrete*, used a furnace instead, used some Gas collectors, connected to tanks outside the house, and a pipe going downwards to get natural gas (Glenn's gasses) and guess what? another earthquake, ruptures the pipe, sending natural gas in the house, caught on fire with the furnace, ran to my chest and got the extinguisher, but it was EMPTY. so while the inside is burning up, some gravel burys my house, and fills in the hole, which then collapses the natural gas chamber (5000x5000), blows up the tank (450x450) full of natural gas, and my house is in the giant natural gas chamber, and what happens to me? I go to my emergency room, survived it all, and im buried in rubble, as I speak. VERY challenging... Who wants to see the remains?!?!
Yeah, I really enjoy the physics, but to update other-mod blocks with new stability types is a chore. And the earthquakes are awful. First hour of play and a huge gap got cleaved in the starting island. That's stupid and dangerous. I figured earthquakes would just trigger physics.
Could you kindly make a version that does not use entity count? Maybe without the physics if those are entities. Thanks, for 1.7.10 I don't have any room, which becomes sad because there is some much more to be had in experience.
