Hi. Can I disable physics of certain block by id or by block name?

I know 1.6.4 isn't being worked on anymore, but I can't help but express my frustrations while using it. I can't understand why MyCustom.cfg items and Default.cfg blocks section doesn't change their properties. Was this not programmed? I've spent countless hours trying to configure torches and furnaces from overheating my player and nothing helps. Also, torches and furnaces are unrealistic around snow blocks which my player stays cold around them. Riding in a boat the water (somehow) brings on frostbite and the list goes on.

We all know there're 4 types of effects for temperature, air, sanity and hydration.

Let's suppose I wear a modded armor from any mod. But for the Enviromine I'm naked. Is there a way to set up configs to ignore all the effects above for my armor?

>You can make the tank blocks stability have no physics or a stronger stability in the config files under rail craft. When you looking at the blocks. I believe you hit "Shift + J" to add the block to custom config... than either with a text editor or from the enviromine menu you can change the stability to something else. You can look at how glowstone works. You can also make your own stability types or read what types of stability their are available by default. The stability types are located in the stability.cfg. I am doing this by memory since I cant look at the moment.

"config\enviromine\profiles\default\CustomProperties" find railcraft.cfg (or something like that), and find or add the block you want ,and change its stability to the one you want... default ones are "loose","average","strong","none","glowstone",sand-like"

the ingame config is a bit easier I just checked it.. its J key + you hold shift.. look at the block with nothing in your hands. check your keybinds to make sure nothing has changed it.

it will look more like (Not tested may not work) In game config does most of this for you.. and than you just change the config file to point towards its meta id, and new stability type

Hi. I have probably physics bug. When It starts to snowfall on cold biome, after it long some time the snow that fallen from sky begin to roll down from the mountain, after that some of snow blocks can't fall to a specific block, and it start to fall to it forever until I destroy blocks under the falling block. Is there any way to fix it?

If there any way to disable heating by torches? It is possible to remove thirst when AFK ?

a good alternative for this in 1.10 is made by some of the biomes o plenty guys, called Tough As Nails. TAN doesn't seem to be in active development though. there's also Realistic Torches, Thirst mod, and Reasonable Realism (block physics and gases). i feel like i saw a mod adding in food rotting mechanics but i can't recall what it was called.

Maybe make it OpenSource?

That is a mod repost website and is flagged as such. I wouldnt trust the version they repost, but then again everyone has a hit and miss. Im not trying it for the sake of respecting the author of the mod. Most mod repost sites are not actually working on the mods, like 9minecraft.

Ive tried the website many times in the past. I was stupid once.

Can someone help me disable block physics? I used to know how, but this most recent version changed it so now I don't. I looked through all the options and can't find it. I want to be able to build floating builds and I can't really do that with the physics on. Can someone help me figure out how to disable it? The github site appears to be down so I can't follow the guide there.

You can combine glowstone with your buildings. That can make them "float"

That's not the workaround I was asking for as I don't want to rely on glowstone to make big builds/. I knew there was a way to disable the block physics and that's what I wanted. I eventually got it disabled though.

I'd love to get my hands on something like Enviromine Lite with just the Sand/Gravel/Dirt physics.

I miss the passive danger of the terrain... and watching sand mountains avalanche was mesmerising.

EnviroMine is modular. You can disable everything but the physics

I was thinking in terms of just the core physics for later MC versions with the extra features being re-added later as the coders time permits.

Is it possible in this mod to add other armors as warm? There is Wild Mobs mod, that adds Fur Armor, which should be warm. Or even specify the "warmth"? Because leather is a garbage heat insulator, while fur is far superior.
