I don't know exactly what you mean, but I'll try to answer your question.
Firstly, the information on what region gets displayed on your screen are sent by the server and WorldEditCUI doesn't really have an influence on that. The information come from WorldEdit itself, or other plugins using WorldEdit (e.g. WorldGuard).
And second, if you want to show/select a WorldGuard region you have to use /rg select <regionname> (I believe this is what you want to achieve).
I know that / rg info is not a command modification WorldEditCUI. But I want to understand the modification team and allocated region. When you enter / rg info <regionname>, then chatting displays the coordinates of my region, but I do not see him. I know that the mod is created in order to see that touches upon impact with an ax. But I want to see your private area when enter / rg info. I hope you understand?
And that's exactly why I don't support mods outside of litemods, it's bypassing a mechanism designed to stop this from happening. I won't prevent people from doing it (which I could), but now you know why I generally say it's not supported.

That's up to the authors of WorldGuard, WECUI just displays what the plugin tells it to.
Modification can take the coordinates of points from the chat.
There is a protocol already in place for sending the regions to the client and an API in place with WorldEdit for working with regions. Parsing chat is far too error prone and might even contradict the regions being sent via the protocol.
If you want this feature in worldguard submit it as a request to the worldguard devs or just use the wg commands to select the region which already exist.

This is only an addon to WorldEdit to make you actually see what you are editing and you need to have worldedit installed yourself.
Now, you didn't say if you were planning to use it on singleplayer or a server? For single player, i don't know and never used it. If you are running a server yourself just type into google "bukkit worldedit" and open the first page it finds. Here go look for the development builds (In the grey text box) and pick the latest one (#3001-743a5ea) which will definitely work.
If you need to know how to install it that was actually on the main page after you clicked the google link. For single player as wel i noticed. Good luck with it.

Hi,
I installed this mod in the latest version and it doesn't shown up in Liteloader.
I download an older version (December 2_01) and it works.
Versions 2_00 and 2_02 doesn't work.
I hope you can fix this that i can use the newest version.

Update Liteloader by installing the latest version.
Any change I can get this to work with magic loader or at the very least forge?
Magic launcher just launches configs from the real launcher so get it working in the real launcher first and then it should work fine. However using third party launchers is not supported nor recommended.
^ Not until SPC is updated to work with 1.7.2, which looks unlikely given how long ago it was last updated. More to the point you need WorldEdit to load on your single player game, this CUI mod already loads fine. I do believe something was started to get WorldEdit to load with Forge but that isn't completed.

^ This. But assuming that Single Player Commands just plays host to WorldEdit and doesn't do anything stupid with the plugin channel messages, there's no reason why it shouldn't work once it's released.
I made a little wrapper for the WorldEdit jar which lets you use WorldEdit in single player, if anyone wants to try it out and let me know how they get on that'd be appreciated because I haven't really got enough time to extensively test it. All the region selections, brushes, and basic commands seem to work though.
You don't need to download WorldEdit separately since I've packaged it inside the litemod and it will be automatically extracted when you run the game:
That is exactly what happened.
