Not that hard to change to 1.6.4 just use the 1.6.4 forge installer and it will update for you done
Ooh, sneaky update with the new configs. Ill look at this tonight, and tomorrow ill start mucking with the configgles. Ill see what I can come up with.

I think that bukkit will soon no longer exist. When Minecraft makes it's own mod api, perhaps in 1.8, mods will be compatible with the server by default, without having to rewrite them in bukkit. You can always have a Minecraft Forge server, though, but I cant be certain if this mod will work on a server. It should, but I haven't really tested.
Second time: Spawns extremely OP zombie
Third time: Makes me blind, turns it to night time, gives me slowness, gives wooden sword, and spawns tons of creepers...

Oh, it supports more than just that! You can make it do almost anything with the properties file in the config folder. It is a bit complex, though.
I will probably ad customisable spawn rate in the next update. We must all be patient, and wait for 1.7 MCP, Forge and mods!
I would LOVE to see these on the server I play on.. the Mods place a few of these around for players to find..
