I am now starting to set up my permissions page before publishing it. Right now it is a private pack that can't be found unless you use that link. But It is fully operational for testing.

Hey there! I was wondering if you could make smooth bedrock be able to not be needed by the client but the server would generate the world with flat bedrock! I know that it will generate the world no problem if you install it by itself in the server, but if a player logs in without the mod, it will reject the player.
Since it doesn't add any blocks, I think the client side requirement should be removed! Let me know what you think!
----------------------------------------------------
Second problem:
Also we removed gascraft from our modpack, and what it would do is you could extract shale gas from a shaleore which looked like bedrock with green specs in it, after you were done extracting the gases or whatever from the block, it would become bedrock again. but since i removed it. the ids were deleted. is there a way to regen all where there should be bedrock?
sadly if you mine out to bedrock and walk around, you can fall down..
Maybe a config setting that looks like this:
regenalreadycreatredbedrock to flat:true
and after it finishes, it could change the config back to false and then just continue generating the bedrock like it normally does before a chunk is generated? Im not sure if that makes much sense though.
ya, i'm dropping some stuff and prepare a 1.7.2 release, too.
So Im just wondering if that means your working on 1.7 right now? And if so I guess my other question would be if you are planning a 1.6.4 release where the client side requirement is removed. (I am restarting our servers world so the holes in the bedrock won't need to be fixed, some people still may find fixing bedrock with holes in it useful, but the removing the client side requirement would be much more useful.)

Please Excuse me, I was a bit distracted by my other Mod
Any current plans to re add the commands and stuff back in the mod? From testing seems Smooth bedrock lags everyone to the point some lose connection so I had to remove it for now. Maybe smoothing areas at a time would solve my problem rather than have it always on.
I suppose I meant when you googled flatbedrock It would bring this page up as well.
Also I was wondering if I could have your permission to use Smooth Bedrock In a modpack. I have almost finished putting it together here: http://www.technicpack.net/modpack/details/gyrocraft.190943

Hey,
thanks for your reply. Ya, a radius of 100 is very bad.
In January I will have more time and then I will expand this mod.
Maybe Mystcraft Page (SmoothBedrock) and a better retrogeneration.
