Golemancy was one of the many things I loved about thaumcraft, and it's sad to see it cease development. It's always fun to have a bunch of helpers to give a solo player a way to socialize between entities instead of the usual taming and letting them do their own thing, or being forced to kill them because they are hostile to you. Magic mods in minecraft always had mixed reactions due to the way their mechanics worked, but for me, thaumcraft always had something to do despite having a new iteration. May your road lead to warmer sands, Azanor.
Hey Azanor, I really enjoyed your mod all the way from TC 3 to this beta, I'm glad you managed to keep it up so far and I'm glad you officially quit instead of just keeping it in limbo like most of the modmakers.
I hope you find someone worthy of continuing this mod in your stead, so people don't have to come up with knockoffs to keep enjoying your epic story (looking at you Emoniph).
Whatever you decide to pursue in life, whether it will be a new mod or something completely different, I wish you fortune in your endeavors.
PS: Now that you are done with the mod, any chance you could tell us some secret lore you kept us in the dark about till now?

I’m happy to hear that you think about letting someone pick up Thaumcraft. However there might be an option I just want to make sure you are aware of:
Stay creative head and owner of the mod but have a team of volunteers help you/do the heavy lifting.
Not sure it will play out but being a team lead could be an experience that you might also benefit of for your job.

Thaumcraft has been my very favourite mod... well, for as long as I've been playing modded (at least 7 years now). Atleast we didn't get the silence in which Emoniph left us, which I am very thankful for.
On a different topic, ouch. I just learned the Tainted Lands biome doesn't exist in Thaumcraft 6. I was planning on making a custom biome with it.

If talks with the first person don't pan out, I hope you'll consider changing the license to something open source so Thaumcraft can live on.
