I need some help with taint, so, one of the things I really liked back at thaumcraft 2 was make crazy EMC machines that caused a giant amount of taint and items, destroying the ambient, but not the machines. So, I tried to do another EMC machine on Thaumcraft 5, but one thing surprised me(with projectE), the taint started corrupting not only my enviroment(as expect), but my machines. So is there a way of making it not destroy tile entities? I don`t want to disable the entire taint system...
I have an idea for future Thaumcraft : A Diminsion of the Crimson Cult, their have a Village with many loot and a Castle, inside is a Evil Crimson King with powerful focus or somthing. I dream that idea, mabey this can be considered for future?!

So. I was playing with the Fire and Frost foci today. I may not have upgraded them as much as I can....but just to be sure. Can the Frost focus freeze water blocks after X upgrades, and can the Fire focus boil water away?

Maybe you can stop the time and you enimes can´t walk or attack but your with the focus can...?!
That just allows for a blatant JJBA reference. Za Warudo, Toki wo Tomare! *time stops, I shoot a few arrows at a skeleton* Soshite, toki wo ugokidasu. *Time resumes, and the skeleton dies*
So in essence it is a time stop focus.

Time delete by definition would be to delete time, either the future (you become intangible for a short time) or the past (undoes everything that happened int he last few seconds)

Cool, so if a creeper blows up part of my lawn, I can use the focus to delete the past and essentially reverse any damage done. Quite OP in some cases.

It was a Jojos reference I'll admit, but not to Dio... rather to part five's enemy stand named "King Crimson", Hence why the Crimson King should drop it. Time Delete in minecraft temrs, essentially creates a period in which consequences are ignored, no health is lost and no destruction can happen (from fire or explosions) and any statuses gained (withered, weakness, etc.) are lost when it ends. You can't exactly wipe people's memory of it with code, but at least you can negate their actions aside from movement for a few seconds.

I mean it is possible to just have an "undo the last 5 seconds in the area around you", so you don't mess up what other people were doing.
I mean it sounds op, but you obviously can't cast it if you died and also how often did you burn in lava for more than 5 seconds before remembering you have a water bucket on you?
Also would be perfect for testing traps, walk into one than time delete.
In the Sphax forum, I think it's after page 95... there's a link to a temp patch that's as good as things will get for TC5 I think.
Most of the textures within are at 128x, some are 32x/64x only.

A time reverse spell would be awesome, however the only problem with it would be that the game would constantly need to be saving what happened 5 seconds ago, witch would cause some massive lag issues. However there have been time rewind spells made in other mods such as psi, ars magica, and thaumic tinkerer, were you could recall yourself to the location / status of earlier after having saved it before hand. Also in the mod roots 2 there is a time stop spell.

I think Time is a concept too mighty to be played with by our foci.

That sounds like something which should be in Forbidden Magic or maybe its own addon
