Maybe you can make it where there is a dark clover and a light clover.
The dark clover would be more rare than the light one on because it would give the player more valuable stuff like diamond and saddles and the light clover would be more common because it would give you stuff like raw meat or apples, but both of the clovers can still spawn creepers
Also I have a question, do the clovers spawn charged creepers as well?
Can you make it so that a configurable config file is created in which the user can add items to a banned list. This would accommodate items from other mods on the server. = )
Tested it with the FTB Monster Pack and I find it WAY too OP. Was spawning in items that should not normally be gotten, like items with no crafting recipes.
Maybe you can make the config file have a part where banned items can be listed or even have the mod generate a configurable list of all items in the game and let the play choose what items to ban.

This is a good thought on this. Or possibly you can add a crafting recipe to make a rare one that might allow for rare items to drop. Being able to determine what it drops is a good idea especially for adding mod items.

Unfortunately, I'm playing FTB Monster (which is 1.6.4). They haven't gotten around to making 1.7.X packs.
Would it be asking too much to make a 1.6.4 version of the latest build?
