did you craft enough stuff in it? the table has "xp" so it needs to craft enough stuff to level up.
(stuff you haven't crafted in it before gives more xp)
Yes, I did. I even levelled up two different casting tables because I crafted the first one in V28 and I thought, the update to V29 could have scrambled it.
gonna preface this with probably not a bug... but it could be.
so after about 4 hours searching every inch of a snowy biome where i found 4 individually different satisforestry biomes and 6 ice spikes.... i finally found the snowy burrow.
however for some strange reason every single chest inside was completely empty.... not sure how or why...
so im wondering: is there a way to generate a loot chests contents through some command? i have a mod that lets me generate most of the vanilla chest loot tables in any empty chest if i so desire...
or is there a place on github that gives the rough odds of what a lootchest is supposed to spawn with?

Same here, I also found a snowy outpost and the four chests in the first floor were all empty. I did not manage to enter the basement though so cannot say if the three chests there are also empty.

Same, though idk if it is because I used a pregenerator, (some of the "plains" burrows had unbreakable pylons in them too) or something. . .

I assume you also have the casting temple fragment in your book? there is no snow, or torches inside? (idk why torches break the structures . . .)
Hey, I'm on the 'Magic Alloying' step of ChromatiCraft progression and when I follow the steps to make a magical alloy, nothing actually happens. For example: I have thrown 16 chromatic dust and 1 iron ingot into a pool of liquid chroma but nothing happens, even after waiting a good 5 minutes. (For the record, the effects that I have seen in videos also do not happen.) I have also tried to make firaxite alloy and radiative alloy but to the same result. Any help here?
Did you already boost the shards? I think you need to do that first (and of course you also need the fragment for alloying)
Edit: Should I be reporting "Structure BURROW encountered 7 errors during world generation"?
I assume you also have the casting temple fragment in your book? there is no snow, or torches inside? (idk why torches break the structures . . .)
That was the right hint! Thank you. I had a chest placed adjacent to the casting table. That indeed broke the structure. I used a loot chest from ChromatiCraft itself but that also breakes the structure. I'm quite sure that worked in older versions.
The chest is intended to get the casted items so that might be a bug that it now breaks the structure.
I have boosted shards before yeah, the magic alloy recipes don't require any shards at all though, right? I have the fragment, I have an entry in my book telling me how to make the alloys and the only step of the current tier I am on that I can do is Magic Alloying.
Are you able to copy the filter settings of a CRC Item distribution node? for what I want to do, it looks like I will have to set the filter settings for all 128 extract nodes :s .
Edit: Are pebble bed reactors broken? I have 512 reactor blocks on 4 carbon heat exchangers . . . and after 10 mins it is at 200c??? only block that is exposed to air is where the pipes push/pull carbon, everything else is covered (by stone bricks).
If by 512 reactor blocks you mean 512 cores that's WAY too many. They loose efficiency if you make them too big, you should have around 30-40 for best results.

The linker might have copy functionality built in like it does on the alvearies.

First of all, I'm sorry if I am asking this question at the wrong place, but I couldn't find out where to do so.
I really like your mods, and in particular, I apprecieate the power system and the realism. I always wanted a mod that doesn't simplify everything, and where you actually have to build large complex facilities in order to make something function.
Firstly: I read that you would appreciate getting notified, if someone was using your mod in a private modpack, and you said that you're completely okay with that, until I dont distribute it. For the record, I wont distribute it, it's not a public server, it's juts me and my closest friends using it, but I wanted to ask you if you are okay with that.
Secondly: During the composition of this modpack, I realised certain shortcomings with the game version 1.7.10. It's not a big deal, I just therefore cannot include certain mods I really liked using before. However on 9lifehack.com/reactorcraft-mod there is some evidence that your mods are coming to v1.12.2, and I just wanted to ask, if I am just in complete misbelief, or your fantastic mods are in fact coming to later versions, and if so, may I ask, if when will that be? In particular, I am asking about RotaryCraft; ReactorCraft and ElectriCraft. I am a patient person, I just want to know if I have any reason of postponing the creation of the server, so that I can make it on 1.12.2.
Those sites are lying and will likely give you bugs if you download from them. The only safe site is CurseForge (and Greg's site but that's different and not a part of this conversation). Most of those sites like that are known to a) stick viruses in downloads b ) offer things for versions they don't exist on c ) just mess about with mods in general.
Reika has no plans to update to later versions at this time.
Thanks for your answer, I really appreciate. Also, I didn't even consider downloading the mod from that site, because I am completely aware of the dnagers, I was just curious if that is a valid information or not, but thanks for the advice.
Only one trade is ever added per villager, and only 25% of the time.
I'm back again to let you know I've tested this further and it's not working as you say. I created a new mod pack in Curseforge (1.7.10 w/forge-10.13.4.1614) and I added only DragonAPI v29g and ChromatiCraft v29g.
The details of my tests are below, but it appears that it's more that 3 out of 4 villagers get 2 to 4 trades added to them.
TEST 1
I started a new default world in creative. I dug 16 1x1 pits 2 deep and used a villager spawn egg to put a villager in each of them. Initially 11 of the 16 had a ChromatiCraft trade.
I then proceeded to trade with a villager. Their initial trades were: Lumen Pod to Emeralds and Paper to Emeralds.
Trade 1: Traded Paper for Emeralds. New Trade: Emeralds to Clock.
Trade 2: Traded Emeralds for Clock. New Trade: Written Book to Emerald.
Trade 3: Traded Written Book for Emerald. New Trade: (Particle effects, no new trades)
At this point I saved and quit to title. I then loaded the save back up. Here's the trades listed now: Emerald to Flawed Focus Crystals, Info Fragment to Emeralds, Lumen Pod to Emeralds, Unknown Artifact to Emeralds, Paper to Emerald, Emeralds to Clock, Written Book to Emerald.
I checked the rest of the villagers. The 11 that had one Chromaticraft trade now have two to four. Four villagers have no Chromaticraft Trades. One died to a zombie, don't remember if it had CC trades or not.
TEST 2
I deleted the first world and created a new one as I did before. Prepped 16 holes again and filled them using the villager spawn egg. Again 11 of the 16 had a CC trade. After double-checking my count, I saved and exited, then loaded the save back up. Check back on the 11 villagers that had a CC trade, they now all have between 2 and 4 trades.
Again, the only mods present is ChromatiCraft v29g and DragonAPI v29g.
Reika, I can't sleep (unrelated to this) so I popped open Chromaticraft in Java Decompiler to look at the code myself.
(I want to note here that I have discovered a complicating factor and likely the reason it appears to you that the code is working as intended. The trades the player sees on the villager isn't the entire list of trades unless they save and reload (They'll see, at most, one). Anything stated from here down - I saved and exited, and reloaded to validate.)
Reviewing the code...There is a 1 in 4 chance of adding a Flawed Focus Crystal trade. There is a second 1 in 4 chance of adding an Info Fragment trade. All good. However, the UATrades are added every time manipulateTradesForVillager is called (the rand argument passed to addTradesToVillager is unused). I don't know what event that manipulateTradesForVillager is tied to, but it appears to fire every time a villager gains a new trade.
At worst, this should add the two UATrades to each villager once. However it appears that for some reason the hasTrade function isn't seeing the UA Trades that are already in the MerchantRecipeList. So maybe the whole list isn't getting passed in or "==" isn't working.
Finally, I can't explain the villagers who do not have, nor gain, any UATrades as the UATrades are called every time manipulateTradesForVillager is called. I can only guess that, whether you mean to do it on purpose, or there's some complicating factor, that some professions don't have the method called on them. For example I just now checked spawning villagers until I had two with no CC trades and both were leather-workers.

manipulateTradesForVillager is a Forge event called from a Forge patch into vanilla code:
However, yes, it does seem to be called every time the list is updated with new trades:

My game crashed the very moment when my lumen repeaters exploded. This normally is the time, crystal repeaters are unlocked, right? I tried again, this time without crash but also without any achievement.
So do I have any chance to get crystal repeaters unlocked? Am I missing something here?
