Interesting. Still, I'd prefer to not have to cover the roof of my turbine in them, just seems inelegant. But the steam doesn't seem to come out from a single point with a turbine flywheel.
Also, on an unrelated note, a bunch of items have had their textures replaced with Pink brackets. The molten HSLA steel bucket, canola seed husks, all bedrock tools and bedrock dust, along with the engine upgrades. they are still craftable, and still function, but the texture is broken. I have checked with no texture pack, issue persists. However, on a totally fresh install, with just rotarycraft, the icons work fine. (Note, It is only rotarycraft that has this issue). I do have fastcraft, but not optifine. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

You are using an outdated texture pack.

You don't necessarily need to cover the entire roof with it, you just need to ensure the steam ends up in them in a reasonable timeframe. It's fine if it lingers around for a bit, as long as it's not going freely into the air.
And yes, a flywheel throws steam all over the place since a recent'ish update.
has anyone gotten the Crystal Orchestra to work on a *nix file system? I'm unsure how to convert it into the windows-based string the Orchestra expects. Specifically the Drive Letter.
The issue persisted on the default texture pack, which i mentioned. It is entirely possible that a tweak somewhere in the configs broke the textures, but it seems odd that it would have only affected rotarycraft. I am going to rebuild the pack and see if I can get it to work properly.
Issue has been resolved. It was the texture pack (thanks for the confirmation by the way, I figured that was it, but I do not know how it happened, as it was working previously). But somehow, reverting to the base texture pack did not correct the issue.
Greetings, Reika
My team and I are currently working on a modpack called "Reika dream in the sky", including "Chromaticraft,DragonAPI,ElectricalCraft,ExpandedRedstone,Rotarycraft,Reactorcraft", and will likely be released for public. Since the pack is designed for skyblock playing experiences, we've decided that we will use the mod "CustomNPCs" to generate structures that wouldn't be populated in void worlds by default, for instance, pylons from ChromatiCraft. If this method is unacceptable, may we ask for some advice on it?
If you try to generate any of Reika’s TEs where they are not supposed to, they willcrash. The best thing you can do is not try to do a CrC skyblock, as they are almost fundamentally incompatible.
But we were succused to generate pylon and data tower
Silfryi is mostly right - CC is inherently incompatible with a skyblock pack due to its exploration-based design. How are players going to get fragments? Progress flags for things like bedrock and crystals? The nether roof? The rainbow forest? Finding ethereal luma?
I will not allow simply removing those features, nor just randomly giving the player progress.

Even if you succeeded at generating them, they have incomplete/incorrect data and WILL corrupt your world. They may not even work for the intended purpose, getting lumens from them
The Spirit world of witchery will generate almost every CC exploration-based things (except data tower and UA) under certain conditions.
The void nether is provide by Ex Nihilo, which will keep the nether roof and cave crystals in nether.
Furthermore, player can recovery fragment with ink and paper, and we can force players craft exploration-based things with fragment (ex. ethereal luma)
And the video demonstrate we can generate an effective pylon in void world by customNPCs as well as the feasibility of exploring in spirit world.
Base on these things, we want to ask you if we can make a skyblock pack which includes Chromaticraft.
You will need to allow players to find the various structures, like buried hollows, or the village casting room ones.
Not sure what exactly you mean regarding the fragments, you can recover fragments with ink and paper, yes. That requires you to have unlocked those previously, however.

All of this, plus:
Last I knew, the Witchery spirit world did not allow sending items back from it.

Something strange happend to our Rotarycraft machines... the textures are all wrong? Please tell me its a delayed 1 April fool thingy https://imgur.com/a/q6xFinN
All the weird blocks are rotarycraft machines, we didnt update anything, nor did the server randomly crashed.
I even tried backups from a few days ago... April fool?
I hadn't even noticed the scrubber. Now I have to figure out how it works. Thanks
When steam blocks move up into it, it deletes them.

I don't use fastcraft, but I do use optifine and I don't have any such issue.
Also, encountered an odd crash bug with the AutoCrafter. If it happens again, I'll save the crash log and check the buglist to see if it's there.

none of the following worked:
/home/USER/folder/file.mid
//home/USER/folder/file.mid
~/home/USER/folder/file.mid
although the middle one did take extra time to make the error buzz.

Yep, April Fool's thing. Wait a couple days, or change clock, and it will change back.
