I tried to reproduce the circumstances of the ConcurrentModificationException, but haven't managed to cause it again. Probably a one-in-a-million race condition.
About the flywheel null pointer exception though, it does spam chat continually if the flywheel has an output machine (regardless of intervening shafts). If it only has shafts or junctions downstream, it only complains when the connection network changes.
hey reika i was wondering if you could update your mods to 1.7.10 for now all im seeing is 1.6.4 and 1.5.2 if you could do that thanks if not il just get forge for 1.6.4 your mods are awesome and if you could do that one favor for me i would be grateful(ill follow you)
Basically it looks like DragonAPI is overriding the recipe for Applied Energistics 2's one wheat to one flower in anything but the grinder.
Shows up as "Crops" with a mod tag of DragonAPI in the pulverizer recipe. (and anything else that picks up on it like the rock crusher) It's only "crafable" in the grindstone right now.
edit: screenshot from NEI, the piece on the right that's being covered is the flour from AE2. (don't quite have roatarycraft started so I can't use the grinder yet)

Hey MarkOfTheBeast, would you be willing to post what this looks like in NEI in survival mode? Because these buggy textures look remarkably similar to the textures I get with the current Geostrata NEI bug...
I'll get a screenshot of it in NEI later today, but I can tell you for a fact that it happens there too. What prompted me to look at the creative tab was seeing Metallurgy blocks (among other things) shown as cobble in recipes.
Looks like I'll be replacing metallurgy until this is fixed. Not that big a loss, there are plenty of ore mods and I already have crushers and whatnot from ae2/buildcraft/thermal expansion.
