Still having the issue with Enhanced Default where the emissive textures (glowing bits, that is, maybe they're called something else) don't glow/fullbright at night. I've reported this before, but since it's not in the known issues list is not actually a bug and just a setting I have misconfigured? Or am I reading too far into that?

They have been a part of my Minecraft-ing since at least 2014. So, it's a small comfort to see them still worked on and have them in the newest version of minecraft.

Sildur, first I want to say how much I admire your work and how much I love the vibrant shader pack. Since day one when I first installed Optifine way back in the day I was using your vibrant shaders. However, recently I installed them again and added the Default 3D resource pack (I was always playing that combo). Now when I spawn in the world my FPS goes down to like 10 and drops to zero everytime I turn around, like it's all constantly loading and rendering... I don't know why all that happens since my graphics card nor my CPU aren't even above 60% (CPU doesn't reach 30%). If anybody knows the cause of the problem or how to fix it please let me know. hi mate. i have been trying to troubleshoot the skybox issues when playing with mods such as twilight forest. I searched this forum and found other people having the same issue. and I saw that you have told them to "create an empty folder inside shaderpack.zip with the dimension ID" and you also said "see end folder" however I can't see where the end folder is. and creating empty folders didn't really change anything. im not 100% sure where to create this empty folder. and im not 100% sure what to name it. would you mind explain how to do this thanks in advanced
im pretty sure i should be getting more than 60fps with a rtx3070 and 10700f with your high pack, playing 1.16.5 render distance 10. if that sounds about right then let me know but I feel like it should be more with a rtx3060
Hi, I've been having an issue when it comes to how the shaders render the world border in Minecraft, either it appears as this blinding white during the night or black bars during the day, I don't play with mods and I'm not sure what could be the cause of it
Hi, i really enjoy the shaders here, but i found a potential bug here that kinda messes up the gameplay. if you set the time to noon and have any angle of the sun, you get weird, repeated shadow lines. Ive seen these in a few other shaders.

Can someone tell me how to define Packed Ice and Blue Ice as reflective blocks?
As far as I know, these must be entered in the block.properties in the REFLECTIONS category at "block.10079 =", for example:
block.10079 = ice packed_ice blue_ice ...
But that doesn't work, how do I have to define this correctly?
Normal Ice has reflections.
Both textures have specular textures in my resource pack.
I use Sildur's Vibrant shaders v1.30 Extreme-Volumetric lighting with Minecraft 1.17.1.

Still having the issue with Enhanced Default where the emissive textures (glowing bits, that is, maybe they're called something else) don't glow/fullbright at night. I've reported this before, but since it's not in the known issues list is not actually a bug and just a setting I have misconfigured? Or am I reading too far into that?

Sildur, first I want to say how much I admire your work and how much I love the vibrant shader pack. Since day one when I first installed Optifine way back in the day I was using your vibrant shaders. However, recently I installed them again and added the Default 3D resource pack (I was always playing that combo). Now when I spawn in the world my FPS goes down to like 10 and drops to zero everytime I turn around, like it's all constantly loading and rendering... I don't know why all that happens since my graphics card nor my CPU aren't even above 60% (CPU doesn't reach 30%). If anybody knows the cause of the problem or how to fix it please let me know. MSI 390z-UD (I think it's MSI, not sure)
P.S. I know the graphics card is a little older but like I said it doesn't go above 60% usage, while the CPU doesn't even feel it...
hi mate. i have been trying to troubleshoot the skybox issues when playing with mods such as twilight forest. I searched this forum and found other people having the same issue. and I saw that you have told them to "create an empty folder inside shaderpack.zip with the dimension ID" and you also said "see end folder" however I can't see where the end folder is. and creating empty folders didn't really change anything. im not 100% sure where to create this empty folder. and im not 100% sure what to name it. would you mind explain how to do this

Is it only me or are the shaders not working with the latest version of Optifine? The shaders folder is grayed out.
im pretty sure i should be getting more than 60fps with a rtx3070 and 10700f with your high pack, playing 1.16.5 render distance 10. if that sounds about right then let me know but I feel like it should be more with a rtx3060

Hi, I've been having an issue when it comes to how the shaders render the world border in Minecraft, either it appears as this blinding white during the night or black bars during the day, I don't play with mods and I'm not sure what could be the cause of it
Hi, i really enjoy the shaders here, but i found a potential bug here that kinda messes up the gameplay. if you set the time to noon and have any angle of the sun, you get weird, repeated shadow lines. Ive seen these in a few other shaders.
Hi, its posible to change view distance for banners? I see all banner near to player but distant banners i dont see.

As far as I know, these must be entered in the block.properties in the REFLECTIONS category at "block.10079 =", for example:
block.10079 = ice packed_ice blue_ice ...
But that doesn't work, how do I have to define this correctly?
Both textures have specular textures in my resource pack.
