I have several cities, separated by several hundred blocks, and my goal was to have several named monitors with CCTV from each city, though it seems if I'm not in the city itself the monitor won't work.
I believe they have to be in a loaded chunk, the same one with the player or a separate loaded chunk I don't know, something to exparament with.

Hi when i use the camera i bind it to the screen and then i try to put it on the frame but it doesnt work
What version of SecurityCraft are you using? Being able to place camera "views" in frames is only possible in the SecurityCraft versions made for Minecraft 1.7.10 and also requires LookingGlass to be installed as well.

SecurityCraft is a Forge mod, not a Bukkit plugin, therefore, it does not use a plugin.yml file. If you want to use SecurityCraft on your server, you will need to install Minecraft Forge on it. Players who will be playing on your server will also need to install Forge and SecurityCraft on their end as well, as mods are not server-side only like Bukkit plugins are.
SecurityCraft v1.8.18 has been released! This is a massive release with heaps of (QoL) fixes/features, as well as new reinforced blocks. Another tiny bugfix update has been released that should fix the issue people were having which resulted in a crash upon starting the game when Electroblob's Wizardry was installed. Additionally, the track mine being see through, and reinforced panes not connecting to walls has been fixed.

We just released a small update to fix some issues, including the Projector not synchronizing on servers.
We're also still working on the 1.16.1 port of SecurityCraft, which is coming along rather well. Currently, everything is being tested to make sure that there aren't any major issues with the mod before we release a beta. Another tiny bugfix update has been released that should fix the issue people were having which resulted in a crash upon starting the game when Electroblob's Wizardry was installed. Additionally, the track mine being see through, and reinforced panes not connecting to walls has been fixed.
