Add more pics, its so lazyily made. you should add on how the ores look and from what floor i can find them at. If you add that, i will definitly add your mod to my (personal)
good concept, I have yet to see someone do a futuristic weapons mods that's at this quality, the only thing I would suggest is to make the projectiles faster and remove the gravity on them... and maybe at some sort of ammo system (maybe like ME's overheat system?)

I hope you do realize I made this in less than 3 days for a competition? We all had four days to make a mod.
Sheen simply doesn't have the time anymore due to him starting school and working on various other things related to minecraft and other things.(i think)
Can the mobs be like sided with, i have seen the Spec OPS soldier fights the black nano guard, and i could side the Spec OPS, but this doesn't work with the black nano guard, can you make sides ?

This may have been asked before (I am not sure) but in the next update PLEASE (I beg you) remove the electric sound- the electric currents generate somewhat commonly deep underground, and I get 20 headaches mining!!! I dont like having to turn my sound off when mining- I planned on moving the sound file, but when I looked in your block class file I could not find the referance to the .ogg file, because it is in a completely different folder (assets) and not in a constructor! Just please...
Oh- and if you discontinue the mod, I make mods myself- I could take over by all means! Um, but as you saw up there, I dont excactly know how sound files work- but google knows anything, right? Anyway, I am far certified.... The only problem is, im not even sure I have the time for this? updates would not be slow though, I work on my current mod in 5-6 hour sessions, and get a LOT done.
Edit: I also would like to note- why are black steel and titanium so rare? I understand that the guns are OP and such, but you need 48 black steel just to make a machine! If you ask me... in your world generation file, make it so the code (only the for loop) for titanium is such-
for(int k = 0; k < 6; k++)
//and for black steel..
for(int k = 0; k < 8; k++)
//This way, it is not too rare for its uses!

Fixed. I'll work on fixing the post today, along with a new update today with ground vehicles and such.
