I just got concerned due to the seven month time frame being combined with the fact it says it is still in snapshot phase and the OP attack, which I do not really understand.
Hi Mumfrey, I was wondering if and when are you planning to release version 1.13 of liteloader. I asked the question a few hours ago, but my post suddenly disappeared.

It probably disappeared because you aren't allowed to ask for timeframes on these forums, and a moderator deleted it.
1.13 has ONLY just come out & people are already asking 'when will...... be out '
FYI - it takes time to re-do the coding for each version of Minecraft that comes out - especially when there's been any major code changes within the game.
Most probably Mumfrey has other stuff to do IRL, & when he has time he most probably has to dissect 1.13 to find the changes, then look back at his original coding & find new ways or alterations to get the old code to work with the new code
It all takes time so please be patient
As my Dad use to say when us kids use to ask how long it'll be before we get whatever we asked for - He use to say
1.13 for Forge, LiteLoader and Sponge is going to be a huge undertaking because in order to support Java 9 all of these projects are moving from LegacyLauncher to ModLauncher.
This is such a massive undertaking because I first have to update Mixin, which is going to be a first class citizen under the ModLauncher regime.
This is the biggest upheaval in the history of minecraft releases, and people who understand that statement in the context of some of the changes which have happened in the past will understand the true scope of these changes.
I would request patience. Please just report further requests for updates per the forum rules.
Thank you for your work with LiteLoader. Release 1.13 is still buggy snapshot quality work and the presumption is that 1.13.1 will be out before very long anyway. Trying to force a release not fully baked is what has us in this mess anyway. Please take what time you need!
I just want to say, as a long time user, that I appreciate all the work you guys do on this. LiteLoader is the only mod system I use and I consider it essential to the game. So, in case somebody hasn't told ya'll in a while,
I just want to take the time to thank you for all your hard work on this mod. I know a tiny bit of what you are dealing with (our server is updating and minimal pace 1.13 does not make anything easy). Keep up the good work, and once again thank you. (I've actually threatened my System OP with bodily harm if he updates completely before this mod is ready, lol)

Do you think We will still be able to install mods in mods folder in the old way we use to but for 1.13? I am hoping so?
I dont want to have tp to a launcher for mods ":L
Mojang has had the habit of not updating a library until they *have* to. The included Java library isn't the official everything, but only those parts of Java needed for the game to run. Per https://www.quora.com/Does-Minecraft-use-the-ordinary-Java-3D-API-for-graphics: "Minecraft appears to use the lightweight Java Game Library (http://lwjgl.org/). LWJGL includes a wrapper for OpenGL, and this is presumably what MineCraft uses to render its graphics. LWJGL also encapsulates OpenAL for audio and OpenCL for vertex/fragment shaders (frequently also used for graphics)."
My understanding is that Mojang would prefer having everyone ELSE find the bugs in the latest LWJGL first and ONLY migrate to a newer version if they need to. Since Minecraft ships with all the Java it needs and only what it needs, this plan works out well enough in practice.
Could you please point to a description of the change from LegacyLauncher to ModLauncher? Last I heard, everything was a chain of tweakers, so I'm very much out of date here.
(In regard to a mod that gives realistic animal genetics):
Would you really rather have bees that make diamonds and oil with magical genetic blocks?
... did I really ask that?
All the modding frameworks were utterly destroyed in the wake of 1.13. But hark, the disappearance of the major modding frameworks was not by accident, but by design. Because of 1.13's complex changes, the mod overlords saw it fit tear down their structures and erect a new world ontop of the ashes. Months pass with no news of great, but fear not: when the day cometh, it shall be called wonderful.
All links in http://www.liteloader.com/download#snapshot_11220 are dead, example http://jenkins.liteloader.com/view/1.12.2/. Is Jenkins dead? Where can we download Liteloader?
I have a post above, on this very page, that contains a working link.
I can connect with both links you provided, maybe the problem is on your end.
Links to pdf format, downloadable, command lists for (these often clarify/expand descriptions, and where possible link to the author's posting):

I'm not dead, I just go through protracted periods of being insanely busy IRL which vary based on the events I'm working on.

The when increases by a week each time someone asks for it.

Java 9.04 Final JDK is Depreciated in favor of Java 10 JDK https://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/9-0-4-relnotes-4021191.html
Java 10 JDK is current stable release https://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/10-0-2-relnotes-4477557.html
But Everyone should be developing on Java 11 JDK that releases in September to coincide with Minecraft 1.13.1

Wonder if Mojang got the memo ? LoL

If it works in java 9, it will probably work in 11.

Does anyone else have issues with liteloader installed alongside forge? The game just seems to quit to desktop or crash.
Forge: 14.23.4.2750
Liteloader Snapshot for 1.12.2
Forge (14.23.2.2611) and liteloader(1.12.2-SNAPSHOT-r4cc2BB0-b4-4) are working for me together
