If the aoa updates comes out before this aether mution update we know you have abandoned the mod or are not really working on it at all.xolova has an excuse you have none. What happened to the update plan in January ?

the aether 2 is currently being completely rewritten for 1.8, that's why it's taking so long to update

They are obviously working on an update for the Aether, just by looking at the commits pushed to their GitHub. Not sure why XolovA has an excuse, because we don't even know when or if he's working on the mod or not.
no not really it was suppose to be like 2 years ago it was promised. It was also said that it would be done by january it is june.
Don't blame them, they just bit off more than they could chew. I would rather wait a long time for an awesome update than have a crappy update come out in 2 weeks.

^ This. We're not very open about goings on within the team, but if I'm being frank, we simply tried to do more than we were capable with at the time. We have a much more realistic vision in mind right now that we can't wait to share.
If you want your super advanced project to succeed the way it was originally planned you got to reach out to the modders with the issues that you are currently having not the other way around. There are alot of them out there I could start naming them one by one if you need me to.

What exactly are you arguing about? You do realize that there's an entire team working on the Aether, and they're intelligent programmers who know what they're doing, right? I don't think any of them need to bother other mod developers for help.
Also, not trying to be rude here, but it's really hard to understand what you're saying sometimes because of the run-on sentences and lack of punctuation.
I am telling brandon no advanced modder is going to go seek out mods that you need help. If you ask them with your problems they might be helpful. He said they got stuck by creating an advanced aetherII mutation update. They ran into issues, and was too advanced then expected. I told him no advanced modders are going to seek the aether or any mod out to help you with issues. Then I told him he needs to contact the advanced modders and reach out. They won't reach out to you , you have to reach out to them.
atomicstryker (has updated and taken over mods in the past if he likes them enough. he has helped alot of people)
Elix_X (he is very busy though)
The_WeatherPony
Ichun(won't help unless highly interested which proboly means no)
coroutil group(might be busy I heard they might be in college?)
Crudedragos(specializes in mobs)
There are more just look it doesn't take that much time to know who is an advanced coder. Just look at the extent of the mod and how much they have done.

Well are you sure you can't do that what you planned? There are other advanced modders on the forum that could help.
The link I gave you before is our open source repo. Developers who wish to contribute can go there and make requests.

I actually forgot this mod existed.
Figured it was time for a change.

Can you give a link to the source code of the mod please so I can give it a little test run and report on anything and give feedback.
