For me, I try making the stick in multiplayer, but it just burns it. Is it bugged?
I have to admit that it happens to me sometimes and I haven't been able to solve it yet. However, it doesn't happen every time. Does it happen every time to you? Sometimes the staff just is invisible, but if you hear the sound, it means it's there for collecting.

Every time. The "Moses..." sound doesn't even play. The fire just burns the stick and I don't receive anything.

How about a staff to greenify the dessert and making a small river? Greenify = Making sand to grass and dirt. Also the possibility to make a small river and hills/mountains. So everybody may make his own Kanaan.
As requirement, you have to craft The Ten Commandments before. You get 2 stones (should be pretty expensive to craft) and this 2 you need to craft the 2 last staffs.
Staff 1: Convert sand to grass with left-click & right-click to generate a river.
Staff 2: Generate hills/mountains with left-click & right-click to generate canyons.
Both staffs are only working in the dessert-biome (just a thought).
Very interesting idea deserving another mod, because afaik Moses hasn't done any of that
i like this mod allot but what does the burnt staff do and how do i turn the blood water into normal water again

I did indeed update right now. Anyway here's to clarify things: if you left-click water, all water in a diamond-shaped area around you will turn into blood. If you left-click blood, all blood in the same area will turn into water.

This is a very awesome mod. You Do Good! I have some suggestions for the future updates for this mod ,
Could you make it so that in the desert biome, bread has a chance of falling from the sky.
Quail spawn at night in all biomes.
The Tabernacle has a chance of spawning in the desert, with all the relics (blueprints start in Exodus 25). The Ark of the Covenant spawns in the Tabernacle with the Staff of Moses, the 10 Commandments, and Bread.
Mt. Sinai biome, with a dark thunderous sky. In this biome, if you look at the face of God, you die.

Quail shouldn't spawn in all biomes, they should spawn only in the desert biome (the Israelites were complaining about lack of food, which they wouldn't have been doing in most other biomes: "Give us leeks!" "Send us back to Egypt!").
My thought is, they should spawn if you're close to starving (can't wait until you actually are starving, or it'd be too hard to get quail in time; I suggest 3 hunger bars). And when that happens, there should just appears tons of quail.
As for manna, I've heard that some scholars think it was a mushroom. A quick look says that while edible mushrooms in the desert are rare, they do exist in mountainous areas of Arizona. But to my mind, since some desert miracles involved water from nowhere, perhaps the miracle here was getting lots of water-hungry mushrooms to grow in a place they normally wouldn't.
And while the desert mushrooms listed aren't mushrooms I'm familiar with, I could readily see manna as some light, airy mushroom, perhaps with a shape similar to the Comb Tooth mushroom, which has an unusual taste and is hard to confuse with non-edible mushrooms. Interestingly, it says that the Bear's-head Tooth mushroom (same general group) gets a bitter aftertaste if they're not eaten fresh... I wonder if there's a mushroom that quickly gets eaten by maggots if let sit in the open overnight? (The "not eaten by maggots one night a week" thing was explicitly a miracle; I don't know if the maggots eating them to begin with was a miracle or just God using normal physical occurrences.)
I don't think I'd like this mod having the Tabernacle or Mt. Sinai. I'd be much happier with a mod that contained various Moses-era items and miracles, but avoided the relics (I mean c'mon, what's a player going to do first? open the box to see what's in it, and die).
Also, even in the state this currently is in, if it were updated to 1.7.10 I would have it in my mod build already. I'm putting together a set of mods for my nephews and niece, and this would be a neat thing to have. Could you add a rarely-spawning bush that burns but doesn't burn up? maybe blue fire? because I would love to hear my nephew or niece discover that one, and try to figure out what it is. (You shouldn't be able to get the staff if you're wearing boots/shoes.)
