Not much, just pushing stability updates. A 1.9 branch is started locally, but I'm literally still commenting out broken pieces of code before I can actually test just a single block.
Will the Pocket Edition port work with the Windows 10 Edition? I figured since it's technically a Pocket Edition port and Microsoft are doing their cross-platform multiplayer bollocks now...
Anyway, that would make the Windows 10 Edition worth playing.
I have no involvement in the port, and it looks like the maintainer of that port hasn't been active recently.
I'm sorry if this has already been brought up in a prior post, but in case it hasn't - I wanted to bring something to your attention. My friend and I play on a server together and use your mod avidly (both are HUGE fans - brilliant work man). The newer implementation of being able to click on any block with a piece of glowstone dust to make it illuminate is genius, and we're both so excited about using it. No more hideous torches! Woo!
Here's the problem. I made a horse pen and tested out this whole feature. I also have a light level overlay mod to check on the exact light levels of each block. So I used your blocks + glowstone dust and the entire pen didn't have a single block lower than LL 10. Unfortunately, mobs still spawned with my horses. I found a skellie in there once, a creeper and a mini golem another time, and two zombies before finally putting torches back up.
I love love love your mod and have no intention of removing it. But I wanted to post this on here just to let you know (again, in case you already don't), because if this is a fixable glitch, I'll grovel at your feet!
One more tiny issue. And this is really just aesthetically pleasing as holy cows to me. I always used to be able to click on carpenter's fencing with vines and end up with them covered in them - so beautiful! That's another issue I noticed on this server. I've tried clicking by itself, using shift, using every button I could think of, but no dice
All the best!

----Oh and by the way, we're running a modded 1.7.10 server, just in case that piece of info is helpful.

Hey, just noticed this post and since you mentioned a Mini-Golem you are using Mo' Creatures which actually changes the spawning rules. It may not be this mod that is causing the spawns.
I'd absolutely agree, IF it were only Mo'Creatures mobs that were spawning. But I've had more vanilla mods spawn around those areas than anything. Bizzarre, eh?
Thank you for this mod as I have been using it over the years! But there is only one thing that has bothered me, that your fences and doors don't actually act like doors and fences. I can't remember how far back you said this but you said you would've had to rewrite the whole code for them. Have you done this or have you forgotten, ha!
I am only bringing this up because I like playing the game where the zombies can break the doors down but if we put yours up then they can't bring them because they don't register as doors to them.
Well anyways again thank you for an awesome mod! and keep up the good work!
Very nice that the mod will be updated to version 1.10, most of the mods I use in version 1.7.10 will also be upgraded, except the Millenáire, man it has to be updated:P
Added a new dev build to correct some issues reported by users. Let me know if anything is broken due to changes.
I had a user provide some furniture code for use in this mod. Once I have time, I will look into incorporating at least some of them.
Privet Drive and the Knight Bus from Harry Potter. Lots of carpenters blocks in this build, couldn't have made it without them.
Is there anything new lately?

The crash is occurring in Nuchaz's code, check with him here.
I can't seem to craft a garage door following the recipe on the webpage. Am I missing something?
Ello!

Thank you for creating this mod!!!
It looks like my house was beautiful with this mod!
When i well be for 1.8?
(i sayed 1.8 not 1.8.9)

Come over and check out Wulf Hollow Server!

i haven't looked at door code in a while but I would guess if anything was improved, it would have happened after 1.7.10.
Ideas
Carpenter's valley
|\/|
Carpenter's point
/\
Carpenter's Multitexture
8 blocks that can use the texture of 1 to 8 different blocks like a 2x2x2 the size of one block
BTW valley and point are like a half slab an then the signs still with 1 block size
Can't live without this mod... must have for 1.10.2 !!! Its just too good!
Uh, I noticed you keep saying "vanilla blocks" in your forum post. Does this mean no modded blocks compatibility?
If I seem megalomaniacal, chances are I'm just kidding
It depends on the modded blocks. You can add exceptions in the configuration file if a block does not work, but it may not look right.
Is 1.9 coming out soon?
Not from me. The stuff I'm working on is for 1.10. Currently, it's a block that can be covered! Amazing stuff.
