I can't get the mod working with any buildcraft. I tried many forge versions ( but still won't work. The mod simply doesn't show up in the mod list. Forge loading screen doesn't say anything about loading quarryplus either. Pls help. Thanks

You're installing it wrong, has to be in the \minecraft\mods Folder. Just installed it again and it works.

Life is a Learning Curve.... Unfortunately, you're stuck on the bottom...amongst the bones of the stupid.
I really like your mod very much , i never used BuildCraft without QuarryPlus . When i install it on 1.7.10 i recognise dat all old recipes are gone ...
I have a question , why did you do that ? And , maybe is better to give people and option to choose , what recipes to use?

you don't use the vanilla crafting mechanics to create a quarryplus anymore, first you must make a workbench plus and then provide it with the power and ingredients specified, if you have nei it should show recipes properly as well.
only problem i currently see is the same one with blocks at the bottom of the water/ocean that act as a block and create water when broken, last i checked the quarryplus cannot break these blocks at all so if anyone is going to update it make sure to fix that.

24 hours gone again, wasted in futility, welcome to minecraft modding, that is (unfortunately) our community.
(an ode to minecraft modding)
i keep making the same mistake, i think "oh, i've given them a few months, surely it'll be fixed by now" THAT is why i seem to ALWAYS be angry to some of you, my advice is to get the lead out.
there were nice things here, until the mod author threw a tantrum.
Chocohead was made a perfect patcher for Binnie Mods to allow compatibility with Forestry 4: HERE
Anyone to ask him for fixing QuarryPlus mod?
to update to 1.8.9? honestly quarryplus needs a new owner more to handle the changes forge made with fluids lately, if you don't surround the quarry with dirt or solid blocks it can't mine over the ocean at all, also the algea blocks defeat it indefinitely.

Definitely one of my favorite mods of all time. Not so much because of the OP mining, as much as the grand scale of it. Soon I am going to try and setup 4 of them side by side. I wonder how my computer will like this. I am so glad it still works with the newer versions and even if yogpstop does not update it more, he seem to be around to keep an eye on it at times.
I want to ask think if anyone knows. Is the latest alpha good or it is unstable? I am thinking of using it due to the almost half year glad between the latest alpha and the latest release. I will probably give it a go, but I hope it will not crash my game T_T
I hope someone can help me with my problem. My problem is that every time I place down a machine or put on the electric armor or use anything from Quarry Plus my game crashes. I think that is a bug. So if anyone could help I would be glad. I was thinking of using this in my modpack, but I don't want to add it if it is going to be unstable like this.

Here is what I've learned so far about all 3 of the mirrors. Keep in mind it is limited in general and in creative testing.
With any of the mirrors: hold right-click, for about 5 seconds, it teleports you back to your bed (if you have one, otherwise back to spawn).
I know it's not much but it's more than anything I've found so far.
If there's some way to set the Dimensional Mirror to a set dimension and that spot, I haven't figured it out yet. It makes sense for that to be a feature.
Are there any recent tutorial vids for the QuarryPlus Mod? Everything's changed since I last played and it's all new now.

There's a problem with the PumpPlus: I can't keep the direction changes of the liquids and when I add a liquid, the others disappear off the list.

Looks like mod author's RL problems.
Or he is finished school (profile says he's 15 y.o) and now doesn't have time at all for continuing mod (university or work).
Is anyone ready to create mod's fork?
P.S. Maybe i'm wrong
Alpha version for MK 1.7.10 was created at 30 august and available at SourceForge.
This is a great mod to have. Would be a shame to see it fall by the wayside.

Anyone know how to use the Filler mode for the QuarryPlus?

I've never got it to work though.
Hello, i see 3 items that i cant find any information on internet :
MagicMirror
DimensionalMirror
OverworldMirror
What is the utility of them ?
Thanks in advance
Why isn't the refinery working properly? It's producing the same output as the regular one.

So project really looks as abandoned.
Anyone to resurrect project?
Hello ,
yogpstop !
24 hours gone again, wasted in futility, welcome to minecraft modding, that is (unfortunately) our community.

i keep making the same mistake, i think "oh, i've given them a few months, surely it'll be fixed by now" THAT is why i seem to ALWAYS be angry to some of you, my advice is to get the lead out.
there were nice things here, until the mod author threw a tantrum.
Looks like it's time to ask for help!

To fix errors like enchanted Refinery Plus doesn't boost their performance.
What does the Magic Mirror do?
I hope someone can help me with my problem. My problem is that every time I place down a machine or put on the electric armor or use anything from Quarry Plus my game crashes. I think that is a bug. So if anyone could help I would be glad. I was thinking of using this in my modpack, but I don't want to add it if it is going to be unstable like this.
