When I searched through Google for the answer, the original poster said they did not have a recipe for them yet. I don't think that's changed. If you want em you'll have to cheat them in.

For concrete, smelt gravel. You can turn it to asphalt for speed boosts like crazy (but you move weirdly if you walk into a wall- try walking into a wall then turning around and trying to walk away...)

Hey y'all. Just wanted to show off my latest (and probably my greatest) creation. This was made using a combination of Carpenter's Blocks, Chisel, Project Red, Wireless Redstone - CB Edition, Tinker's Mechworks, Forge Multiparts, Bibliocraft, OpenBlocks, Enhanced Portals 2, Ars Magica 2 (fence texture), and MrCrayfish's Furniture Mod. I'm not even done yet! I'm planning to add two giant towers coming off the left and right sides to hold all of my mod-related stuff. Did I mention I did this all in survival? Thankfully I had Morph and AE to help along the way.
Sorry for the fog, I have to play on Short render distance in order for the game to be playable for me.
Just wanted to drop by and say I love the custom placement sounds on the factory blocks and holy blocks.

[Scott]: Things I have managed to get in the last five minutes, in order of ascending importance: cobblestone, planks, lapis lazuli, redstone, gold, coal, diamond. VERY LOST.
Hey DEV! I hope you read this. A lot of people I play with love the mod, and are hoping you add custom world gen of a sorts along the line of marble? But different type of rock, ore thats only purpose IS for smelting and using the ingots or what ever to make more different blocks. It would be cool if you add an RPG or SCI FI feel or BOTH to your blocks. Youre mod is just amazing and I want to see what else you can do with it.
Hi! Love the work you've done, and the mod in itself is brilliant! But I have one request for you: I've been playing on the modpack Resonant Rise for a while, and I thought I could use the Chisel mod to shape the stone types from Underground Biomes mod, but I couldn't. I was wondering if this was something that is doable, just to add more variety to the mod as well as increasing the opportunities. Might seem like a buttload of work to do, but I'm just throwing it out there
Yeah, thats the point.
Is which click you use really that important? Is it conflicting with another mod like Battlegear or something?
Yes. Yes it is.
Left clicking is for primary operations, and right click is for secondary. Or vice versa if you're left handed/weird.
I am not left handed or weird.
It's comfortable to right click and get a gui, or place a block or to activate something.
Switch how you open doors or turn levers.
"Is it really that important?"
My question is:
If these are the sandstone options (top):
What is this block? (4th block from top - below lapis, above gold):
And how do you get the hieroglyph blocks? (2nd block from top)
Also, what is the recipe to make concrete?
Thanks!
(I haven't actually made a path with concrete yet. Must try it.)

What? This sounds completely intentional. You're not supposed to be able to break things in adventure mode...
Yes, you are. Most blocks can be broken in Adventure Mode, with the proper tool.
You can break dirt blocks with a shovel, for example, but not with your bare hand or any other tool.
It's not too unlikely that someone would assume that chiseled dirt would behave the same, and be obtainable with a shovel.

To be honest, with the 1.8 overhaul, I'm not sure that was ever intentional.
