but I do want to ask one thing, can you make it where we don't have to break the tombstone in order to collect the items? o.o I like keeping the message on my tombstones , but at the moment they lose their message when you break them and the only way to get the items is by breaking the tombstone. o.o

No it will not be, cause grave is not a chest to have any gui)))))

I would also like to add that i totally agree with you nightkosh, in that i dont think graves should save items. Its much more hectic and fun to run around dodging zombies and skeletons trying to grab your gear than to conveniently trot back to the tombstone and pick up your stuff...

Maybe add some wooden tombstones (lol tombwood) for variety, like a wooden cross with an iron helmet on top perhaps. I also like the idea of coffin which are chests that you can use for decorative things and maybe as a bed???
I think about different graves, but unfortunatly i haven't got enough time for it. So it will be only 3 different graves. As talking about plans - i think it will be better if grave type will depends on your expirience.

You had said that you were going to have other generated structures so why not have just random generated cemetaries as well, say like where an ancient battle took.place. Heck , you could even make it as a small biome perhaps.
I think about it - but there are a catacombs grave yard and village cemeteries, so it are enough now. There will be some chance to generate single graves, and some "memorials"(as kind of place of ancient battles or something like it. But i need to some help with its messages)
There are also some nice haunted monsters that would look good with this, in particular the ghouls from dungeon mobs and the soul things (cant look up there name cus im on a cell phone atm) from mo creatures. or if there istime for a new mob maybe a vampire (enderman reskin?) He drains your life to replenish his...
Previously i think only about ghosts. But vampire - it will be greate too. So it will be, and maybe someone else, but not in upcomming release.

Also, another small suggestion: Maybe the tools you get from graves can be (randomly) damaged a bit. You know, from laying in the ground for a long time and all.

So to make it more easier here is a little hint:
I forgot to remove some logs from code, so if you run minecraft with console you can see catacombs coordinates when it generate. It allow you to not inspect all map, and do not skip it.
Run minecraft from the command line on Windows: Start->Run, enter "cmd". In the command line, enter:

Hey Nightkosh, thanks for hearing my ideas, downloaded the mod tonight and now I am off tomb hunting. Hope I don't create too many of my own tombs in the process hehe! Thank you for the awesome mod!
For some reason. I still can't use this mod without my minecraft being stuck on the Mojang Screen. I have no idea how I can help you fix this because no crash Report was gened.
Edit: BTW, I think the coffin idea is pretty morbid.
This mod is somewhat incompatible with the gamerule: keepInventory, if I set keepInventory to true, I still drop all my items next to my gravestone. Please fix this.

Things I suggests:
Try resizing the Memorial block's icon, or make a special one for it is it does not have that issue in the innovatory.

What are you talking about?
All loot holds in graves, and it dropped on grave break.
When you die items store in it only if you set it in config file("SavedItemsCount")
Also sometimes village graves drop its loot(this is a bug)
