For some reason, the smeltery will not output iron into the ingot cast but I can get all other metals into the ingot cast and iron is going into the casting basin.
Any of your hammers are able to mine metallurgy materials, at least indirectly. If a hammer breaks a area in a 3x3 area near the material, it breaks the material as well.
If the feather drop isn't already, could it be an option on the config? I use Better Breeding, and frankly, I have 0 reason to ever breed high quality chickens if I can get SEVEN feathers per chicken kill. Besides, you get two tons of meat from a full grown cow IRL, a very large amount of leather IRL, etc. etc. Small drops are for balance, not realism.

I agree but I think that slimes should drop more slime balls

I agree that the extra drops should be a config, but for the meantime you should trash any of the extra feathers you get.

I may or may not play GT. I also might be playing it with TiC. Some Metallurgy and ExtraTiC could be in the mix too. I might have also dropped in some TE as well. Some AE and BC could possibly be on the list. And I maybe- just maybe - there's NEI to assist in short-term memory loss that I may or may not have.
There's a compatibility bug between forestry and TC
Forestry version: 2.3.0.7 TC Version: 1.5.1
Running on SMP Server.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Create a basic operational smelter with TC blocks
2) Create a miner's backpack, set it to output mode and place a stack of obsidian within the backpack
3) Shift-click the smelter controller (TC) while holding the backpack which should allow for outputting the backpack's contents into the smelter.
In the above example it outputs 1 obsidian into the smelter, the rest of the obsidian within the stack is lost (ie not in smelter, not on ground and not in backpack).
I am not yet sure what to do with BLOOD!, but I am sure I'll find something. Sadly the casting channels still are extremely buggy, so properly automating the smelting is a challenge. Currently I put a (Project-Red) timer next to a faucet and set it to 16 seconds, which works but it would be great if there was a way to have the liquid inside the smeltery always pour out via a casting channel (probably one with a constant Redstone signal?). So a channel + casting basin + Hopper would be an infinit-loop smeltery system. Just because clicking does become boring after some time.
There is a way to "automate" pouring with Casting channels. Connect a channel directly to a Seared Drain in your smeltary. Connect the other end to a tank or a basin or something. Right click the drain-channel once with an empty hand. All liquid from the smeltary should now drain continuously into the basin. (Note: process is slow, doing the same with more channels can speed up the process)
Just wanted to mention that slime islands don't seem to be rendering in properly in Dynmap 1.9 for 1.6.4. It's only doing the full slime blocks and the tree trunks, not the dirt/grass, leaves, and slime water.
(The island is actually floating over water near a volcano (also not rendering properly) and not actually in the desert as pictured)
Tried to look at the files in dynmap to figure out if I could fix this myself, but I'm not really sure what half the stuff in there means.
How is your opinion to Addons ?
Cause I would love to try to make an addon for tinkers with the Aether II and twighlight forest things.
Of Course I will make credits for you and your great mod !
I think he's fine with addons, but don't quote me on that. And ExtraTiC already covers Twilight Forest.
Whenever I hold a shortbow my fps drops from about 30 to like 10. Drawing back the bow causes a further drop to about 3-5 fps. Shortbows are one of my favourite additions to the game and it sucks that I can't use them :/

Is there any fix planned for this?
That's been reported. Probably because how Metallurgy is coded as the tiers to mine the ores.

Try the latest forestry version. If that doesn't work, that would be on SirSengir's end to fix.
Is there a limit on the amount of redstone you can put on a pickaxe before it becomes ineffective? I know you can put as much as your modifiers allow, but it seems after the normal 50 redstone it doesn't make a phyiscal difference on the mining speed? Just wondering, maybe it's only a slight difference...
It does still increase the mining speed after the initial 50.
KiNgdR00Py: There is no 1.4.7 version. Ultimate is not updating. Well f**k...i keep reading that they were going to theyre just waiting on elorram. Is there a way to move my map to Ultimate or something or is that impossible because of the different mods. I really wanna add your mod but idk how well the people on my server are gonna take hearing they've got to start all over lol. Does project red have microblocks? Trying to think of anything before just accepting defeat.

FTB Unleashed is the new Ultimate for 1.5.2, and FTB Horizons is the new Unleashed for 1.6.4. As for microblocks, it does not, however Immibis Microblocks has that aspect of Red Power Covered
Darkmalachi: That appears to be a bug. It will get fixed soon.
15 modifiers 0.o

That's a dynmap issue, not a TC issue.

My smeltery is 2 high, has no liquid and only has a stone tool rod in it. I don't think space is an issue.
