I downloaded everything and ran minecraft when I started a new world it did not have any Tinkers stuff. so I ran the troubleshooting program and got this.

Thanks for the information. I've been looking to make my hardcore playthroughs even more difficult recently and I wanted to try playing without health regeneration, so that command will be very helpful.
Edit: Unless I'm missing something, it seems cheats cannot be enabled in hardcore mode and thus naturalRegeneration can't be disabled (even using the NEI cheat mode doesn't allow use of the command). Maybe mDiyo could add an option to force naturalRegeneration to be off through the Tinkers Construct config file?
You can enable cheats in hardcore mode by opening to lan and setting cheats enabled. Do your regen disable command, then cheats will then be disabled when you quit and rejoin.
Nah. I made some casts and tried to make an aluminum brass block this morning, but I haven't been able to again.
I downloaded the new version, and it fixed the problem. I can pour casts now! Yay!
New problem, though: the smeltery will not display it's liquid-metal contents, either through the GUI or when I peer over the side of the seared brick wall. I just poured casts until it wouldn't pour any more, at which point I assumed the well was dry.
Just a couple bugs in 1.5.0d6 that are probably already known (since they're smeltery bugs) and one other. Looking at the armor cast in NEI causes the game to crash:

After a few minutes the casting basins/faucets/hoppers connected to the basins bugged out, no errors in the console. The faucets stopped accepting redstone input, manually clicking the faucets would cause them to drain infinitely into the basin, replacing the basins would have them fill normally (faucets still not taking redstone input), but the block inside would not be extracted by the hoppers and trying to remove it manually just made it vanish, replacing the faucet, basin and hopper changed nothing. I didn't test to see if replacing the smeltery controller worked to fix it, however.
Well. That's unhelpful. Forge is likely to take just as long, meaning we won't have a significant amount of mods for at least a month. Those of us on the Slime Knights team will scramble around in the dark when Forge updates, frantically trying to bash pots together until something resembling a "mod" can be made.
The Smeltery has a ways to go yet. Oh well; network rewrite coincides with the need to networkify the Smeltery anyhoo.
starr274: I done borked something with the slime islands in 1.5.0d6. It's already unborked in dev; just don't get near them for now.
iWareWolf: Open up your configs and set any blocks to something less than 4096.
marpet0805: TConstruct started out as InfiTools 4.0. Eventually it ate InfiBlocks and Natura split off into its own entity.
minecraftlink99: Steel. It's black; go make some. If it's not black enough, make some sprites and I'll see about getting it in.

anyone else having issues with the faucet not pouring any molten metal?
I just updated to the newest version of TC hoping it would be fixed but it still isnt working for me and not getting errors just the fact its not working at all.
hohoukn: Automatic scanning does not excuse console spam. It could have written them to a file and left a note in the log.
naturalAluminum is a Xycraft entry. All of the rods are Multipart entries. Slimeball and hambone are mine, but "hambone" is supposed to be registered exactly as-is. Conventions are only a guideline.
dorky106: Try the stable version. It should suit you better.
Difference would be less folks filling this damn thread up with "error" reports from the console spam that aren't actual errors BECAUSE of Greg's implementation as it current stands.
This means less headache for folks like mDiyo, and none of this needed to have happened.

I did, initially. Try removing and replacing your smeltery controller.
I am following the book ("Mighty Smelting") to build my smeltery on 1.6.2, and the controller doesn't want to light up.
Would be nice if we had an image, but a smeltery needs to be built with seared bricks/stone, a lava holder, a control, and a drain with a faucet (optional).
After removing all mods but those necessary for NEI and TC without any change, I realized I forgot to check forge. Updated, and I can now see tools.

By recoding the entirety of minecraft to allow blocks to go into any ID. Or by... you know... setting the block ID below 4095?

If you actually looked at the code, you'd see that it does use prefixes where it matters: https://github.com/SlimeKnights/TinkersConstruct/blob/master/src/tconstruct/common/TContent.java#L1863
