When I click on your bitly link (Link Removed) I am redirected to a file with version "1.4.7" in the file name. Is that just a typo and it is really the version for 1.5, or has the link been mixed up?
^exactly what he said "[1.4.7] ChickenShed (v1.1.2).zip" is the filename for your 1.5 version. can we please get the proper link and file please.
ChickenShed now takes advantage of Forge's "Version Independence" feature and should work on any version of Minecraft greater than or equal to 1.5.0. Tested and working on both 1.5 and 1.5.1.

forge shows the mod installed correctly, and everything is configured in config.txt, I do not know why, but my chickens no longer drop feathers, but it worked before ... That is because I updated the forge or incompatibilities with other mods? (I have no mob mod installed on my 1.5.1. only mods for blocks and tools).

When I'm impatient, I start with a 1 block are to start off and expand as I get spare iron. The feathers get close enough to the hopper with carpet to get picked up by the hopper.

Please be more specific. What link isn't working, and what is it doing?
Sorry, I have no idea what caused it but it worked after I refreshed twice. Maybe Ad.fly was being weird. It wouldn't go the download.
Ah, alrighty. Glad you got it to work. After I wake up, I'll include a direct download link next to it in case it's down again.
