You're trying to play LotR with Forge 2315 for 1.11.2? Good luck with that.
And next time, all crash reports should be in full, not excerpts, NOT weirdly formatted, and placed in Pastebin.com so you don't spam the MC forums.
As stated by Mevans, it is possible to travel to the Overworld if you do not wish to install additional modifications; but if you do not possess a preference, the modification 'Ex Nihilo' may be one solution to your predicament. It provides the option of 'sifting' for materials that you could otherwise not obtain. It is particularly designed for Skyblock survival maps, however it would be welcome here if you find the need for it. I find it is most useful if you have installed other modifications that require other mundane materials, such as diamonds.

Now look, buddy. I'm an Engineer. That means I solve problems. Not problems like 'what is beauty', because that would fall within the purview of your conundrums of philosophy. I solve practical problems. Like, how am I going to stop some big, mean mother-hubbard from tearing me a structurally superfluous new behind? The answer: Use a gun. And if that don't work: Use more gun. Like this heavy-caliber, tripod-mounted little ol' number designed by me. Built by me. And you'd best hope, not pointed at you.
Really sucks that this mod is practically dead, as it is currently stuck on a version considered entirely obsolete by the forge devs.
That is deliberately inflammatory. Lord of the Rings is a regularly-updated mod, and in fact has proceeded faster and better than Minecraft vanilla has. LotR's content is superior in almost every way to MC vanilla content, and in many ways to the content of most other mods in later MC versions.
It is only capable of this because Mevans chooses to add new content rather than waste time updating old content for later versions. Middle Earth is meant to be a separate thing than the MC overworld, therefore playing it in 1.7.10 or 1.10.2 or whatever makes no difference at all.
Now, go ahead and enjoy your later version modpacks where everything is a mulligan stew stirred around into unrecognizable glop with no real continuity or style. But I'm pulling for something that at least maintains an even consistency. And it doesn't kowtow to Microsoft's update mania or hidden agenda of console pushing.
I stand by the fact that 1.7.10 is the golden age of modification. 1.8 is the silver age, mostly because that's as far as some of the really good mods have gotten. There are certainly exceptions for later and previous versions, but they aren't a rule. Regarding the thought that the mod is dead, you clearly aren't paying attention. It's getting regular support and is still followed by many of the players that played when it first came out. 1.7.10 is not obsolete, it still functions on the same level as later versions. It just doesn't have some of the changes that could be considered to be in poor taste.

Well, maybe including new features for later versions, and see which ones integrate well. @BaccarWozat I don't mean to be inflammatory, I just would like to see it advance further. Forge devs themselves no longer provide support for 1.7.10, and I'm afraid this forum will too. 1.7.10, like anything else, cannot last forever.

I just took the Minecraft Noob test! Check out what I scored. Think you can beat me?!
A couple of months ago I finished playing my beta 1.8.1 modpack. Forge had only started, and yet the files were still available and usable in 2017. Even it will last forever. Forge may stop updating or providing support for 1.7.10, but that is not a death sentence. They will keep the files available.
Also, updating LotR so it could play on 1.12 or whatever would be nice, but the result is not "advancing further". Work would have to stop on new things while the broken things are repaired. And all of this so it could play on 1.12, whose overworld/nether/end would change by comparison, but if you were playing LotR immersively, the way it was designed to be played, you would never visit those, so why bother?
And it could be argued that the journey of vanilla MC from 1.7.10 to 1.12 is not "advancing further" either, more of a sidestep with inferior "improvements". That's not an argument I can necessarily support however; just letting you know.
And wait until you see what LotR does with enchanting in the next version!
You should add great eagles(for good aligment) and dragons or fell beasts(for bad aligment) and you should add more wild life in sea and on land (Mûmakil or Oliphaunts,Watcher in the Water, fox, turkey,Crebain which will work for saruman and they will go in search where saruman says,werewolfs,phoenix...)and some more plants(Old Man Willow,Party Tree,White Trees, some unique mushrooms and underwater plants...)

Why? The new combat system is one of the best addition possible to minecraft in order to have meaningful weapon diversity
cause, I don't want to play 1.9 in 1.7.10 that's why I play 1.7.10. Cooldowns are one thing in games but, the way 1.9 features it breaks the game and is actually less real then real life. I don't strike you once in real life and take 4 seconds after I hit you to do damage isn't real. For example if I wack a person in real life I can wack the person again and again and also gameplay always triumphs realism
You're saying it's not realistic, and then declaring that gameplay trumps realistic behaviour? It's plenty realistic, and it adds timing to the list of things that you should consider during gameplay. Your weapon should take time to swipe and then an extra instant to recover. The majority of complaints about the latest combat system are based on the large quantity of spam-happy tweenagers who don't take the time to consider how they can use timing and patience to their advantage. If you don't like it, use a ranged weapon.

Will it be possible to make an alternate version of this mod, but without the Middle-Earth Dimension, so there is just the blocks, items, mobs, weapons, armour etc. I need this because the mod uses a lot of memory and heats up my brothers cpu and gpu.
You could just run a regular LotR game but not go into Middle Earth, but then you have to spawn in all other non-vanilla blocks/items/etc.
To be honest, though, even if it didn't have Middle Earth, the mod would still use up a lot of memory because of everything else you want in it. Heating up a computer is a hardware issue and not due to any large mod or modpack.
Middle Earth is no more a problem then the Nether or End is, or anything from other dimensional mods.

Don't click this link, HE is haunting it...

I think it's time that Middle-earth Enterprises found out about this mod. It's copyright infringement.
please don't be inflammatory
please read copyright law ( it is complicated but you seem to be literate )
please don't make legal accusations unless you can back them up. Lawsuits work both ways.
please don't speak on behalf of an business or corporation Saul Zaentz has it's own lawyers.
by the way this is an excellent MOD. please keep up the good work
It is projects like this that continue to maintain interest in these stories.
You should add bigger towns and new factions.
............................
Add a config option to disable the cool down. This makes me not want to play this even though everything else is amazing
cause, I don't want to play 1.9 in 1.7.10 that's why I play 1.7.10.

This is a really good mod! Keep up the good work!
