It still crashes on the server when I add the latest version. Here is the crash report, does anyone know whats wrong with it?

Ya. I took a look at that, fixed it, and encountered a few other problems. I believe they are all fixed. I'm uploading the newer fix right now. Assuming everything goes well with the fixes, I'll continue updating to 1.5, which is taking a while due to the change in how the textures work.
Update: The fixed-up version is now uploaded as version 1.1.4(2).

Thanks for the notice, Sherpard. I believe I fixed the problem. Apparently the method that the algae uses to slow down entities is only client-side, so the server was likely just getting confused. Servers will no longer register the slowing of entities unless the entity is a player, but the error should be gone. (version 1.1.4(3)).
AlgaeCraft was not originally designed with servers in mind, so if anyone finds more bugs/glitches with use of AlgaeCraft on a server, I'd love to know about it so I can get it fixed as soon as possible.
Works great on my server so far. I like how coral forms in shelves.
One issue though - I have some weird random air pockets forming, usually above coral formations. They're like 2x4 in size.
Also, lots of coral seems to 'pop off' the bed and becomes an item entity. Any way you could prevent that? It causes a lot of lag on servers.
I'm making a few edits to the reef generation to get rid of the popping off problem. As for the ar pockets, I'm not sure. I've seen such occurences in a couple youtube videos and AlgaeCraft was not installed in those videos. I saw air pockets in one of the AlgaeCraft test worlds, but I thought they were just random occurences in Minecraft. I'll see what I can do about removing the air pockets, but I see nothing in Algaecraft's generating code that would cause them.
I followed the installation with forge and it kept black screening can you help. Can you update it 1.5.2 as well as sharks would be a neat feature. Please message me so I can install it correctly
Hey, everyone! I'm so close to the end of this "I HATE THIS ******* LOBSTER CAGE!" period! I have just one rendering problem to iron out, followed by getting one small feature of lobsters to work. Expect a 1.5.2 version within the next week. Also, I took a small break from the cage, as I was having unbelievable troubles, and created a small crafting mod that'll be released right after I get out the 1.5.2 version of AlgaeCraft (keep an eye out for Material Return).
I followed the installation with forge and it kept black screening can you help. Can you update it 1.5.2 as well as sharks would be a neat feature. Please message me so I can install it correctly
For the black screen, did you remember to delete the META-INF folder in the minecraft.jar? As for the sharks, I'll add that to the suggestions list. My next goal is SCUBA gear, but sharks will definitely be high on the list.
Released version for 1.5.2! I'm going on a weekend vacation in literally a couple minutes. I'll reply to any reported bugs and add info to the main post once I get back.
I'm back! I've posted new information. I'm working on screenshots. I hope you enjoy the lobster and sushi! If you want a sneak-peak to future features, check out the config file.
Edit: Uploaded screenshots and shrunk information.
Hey! One more message: I'll be trying to get in coral display cases and possibly water filters before the 1.6 update next week. They should be fairly simple. I didn't want to try to get something completely new out, like fish or SCUBA gear, so you wouldn't have to wait several weeks like you did for the 1.5 version. (Sorry about that. I kept running into bugs with various methods of rendering the lobster cage, and I had temporarily lost the lobster model, so I had to reconstruct it from its texture.)
Hi, I'm trying to set up a small server with your mod. I'm having trouble.
This may relate to Mo' Creatures. I'm not experienced enough to tell. However, the fact it's looking in net/minecraft/client/ seems relevant to me. I don't have a client subfolder there, and Forge wants to load AlgaeCraft first, so Mo' Creatures doesn't even get its chance.
This is 1.5.2 Forge server, everything's fresh.

My deep ocean research lab just isn't right without coral and seaweed. Please help?
Hi, I'm trying to set up a small server with your mod. I'm having trouble.
*snip*
I think I've solved the problem. I'll upload a new version with the fix. Your timing is perfect, too. I recently finished water filters, so those will be included.
Edit: Uploaded the new version. Let me know if the problem is there or new problems come up.
I'll add info and images later. Just a summary: Ocean Filters allow you to plant ocean-based plants in any biome. Sporous Filters allow you to plant algae in any biome. Ender filters allow for any plant to grow. Fresh filters nullify the area (no water plants can grow), but will support future freshwater plants. The range of a filter is a 9x9x9 area with the filter at the center. Red-Iron chips are used in crafting filters.
Added information and pictures! I also fixed a small problem and release 1.2.1(2). Before this fix, you could accidentally destroy a filter by punching it or hitting it with anything other than a pickaxe. This fix makes it take longer to mine the filters.
Thanks for the update! I'll be able to grow algae in the sealab. More food for the troops!
However, I'm still getting the same (or similar) server crash. I reverted to a vanilla Forge server to test AlgaeCraft alone this time. Here's the latest report:

It's still looking in a non-existent client folder? Or am I misreading it?
I already downloaded this mod, but, just an idea; integrate MJs (Minecraft Jules) from BuildCraft for the filters. Maybe as an addon if other people don`t want it, but you could make it so it takes MJs to power the water filters, and a way to generate MJs, like an algae processing machine? I don`t know, but maybe you could think of something.

That's a really good idea. I'll look into that sometime.
Definitely! I'll post the link as public right now.

My deep ocean research lab just isn't right without coral and seaweed. Please help?
Enjoy coral farming in the desert!

That's a really good idea. I'll look into that sometime.
Apparently Forge thinks it needs to find the Squid model. I'm not sure why, but I'll start looking.
