miss the pipes and vis/taint enchanters, but this seems good so far! do you know when we should expect more elderich related objects? thus far i've only found one research item relating to it, and i think i just might've found everything. i'll double check to be sure. either way, good luck, hope to see more soon!
are warded stone blocks and doors supposed to be easy to break with your fist?
Warded stone blocks can only be destroyed by you, thus why you yourself can easily destroy your own warded blocks easily. If you were on a server with other people, however, other players could not destroy the warded blocks you placed and vice versa if you try to destroy warded blocks that they place.
Also, I noticed that some Aspects on certain items have a glowing number, what does that mean/do? o.o
It means that something is giving you a bonus on that aspect.
For example:
1) I have a glass floor on my house, and I always get bonus when researching Vitreus.
2) My house is relatively high up [88] and I get a bonus when researching Aura.
3) There's a chest right besides my researching table, with stuff to use when researching, and thus I get a bonus to Vacuos.
It's useless to repost that. At least for me.

Because I doubt that a client pulls anything from localhost when connected to a server
So far I think that you are either
a) trying to share one research between two accounts
trying to play with two clients using only one MC account
Maybe saying where is the "her save" located would help...

That is the way to reproduce the bug. And the way that I temporary fix it. That should not occur because she is playing in lan in my world. Her TC3 is loading the "tech-tree" from an old world backup from her PC, and not loading the stats/research from my machine/world from lan. So, If I remove the lan world that I clone/backup into her world save dir, she can load her stats/research from my world again.

I have reached the end of the stuff shown by default in the thaumonomicon and cannot seem to find any other things I can research. Is there any research below/branching off basic flux theory? The last 3 things I was able to research were basic flux theory, portable hole, and arcane ear.
I noticed, however, that the scribbing tools and paper in your inventory (or does it have to be hotbar?) can sometimes get you research. I did not realize this until my last research project. So what qualifies as "experimenting with the crucible". Does turning stuff into nitor count? Does bottling aspects count? Do I have to release flux into the air? Does it even give you research that you wouldnt already find?
Okay, so I think thaumcraft is incompatible with dimension mods, namely twilightforest. It freezes when it tries to unload aura nodes in a new dimension.

Hey Azanor did you by any chance reduce the max size a node could have? My experiment in creative has gone from 10 blocks wide to 2 and a half after the last update. It's a 15.000 Aura node. If it's not a bug can we have them a little bigger the new size is a little underwhelming...
They still look beautiful though!

The problem is they are designed to be compatible. This is some error on your end, and I even play with the twilight forest perfectly fine. I have a portal directly beside a node, lol. I tend to try and put my more "dangerous" thaumic research there if I can.

The purpose of a Ward, magically speaking is to prevent the item that is warded from being messed with by all except the person that warded it, so it makes sense, to me at least.
Converting four of the "flesh" aspects in a crucible gives you one Magic Tallow.
Converting one Magic Tallow in the crucible gives you four of the "flesh" aspect and one "magic" aspect.
With this I can easily produce magic aspect for my warded jars for free
4 Magic Tallow in Crucible -> 16 flesh aspect + 4 magic aspect -> right klick with wand -> 4 Magic Tallow and 4 magic aspect for free
that would be wrong, you will still be taxing your vis node, ya need Vis to make tallow so with each time ya do that your eating up your vis and if there are no near by nodes to recharge the one you use you'll dry up your vis supply.

Yeah, I actually got it to load by increasing the priority levels in ID Resolver.
The 'size'of the lightning never changes, only the frequency. What does your flux level say? Moderate? High?
Lastly it is quite possible to have a 'Dangerous' flux level, but have nothing spawning. The reason for this is that Flux isn't just a static number - there are different types of flux for each of the aspects. So you could possibly have small amounts of a lot of different kinds of flux. The goggles only adds together all the flux amounts to get the level, but the individual flux levels might not be high enough to trigger an effect.
On the Forgecraft server my local flux level has been stuck on Dangerous for ages now simply becuase my main node is filled with small amounts of each type of flux. I'm slowly nursing a nearby 'pure' node to try and get it bigger than the flux infested node with the eventual goal of combining them into a huge pure node.
ah it looked like it was growing its been dangeriou for ages now andthe only thing of note has been about 30ish lightning strikes and a giant angry zombie also a spilt second of 'something weird in the air' as for flux about the rest of the stuff to make 12 golems from levers boats charcoal soulsand and apples/wheat mostly along with the stuff to make 3~400ish tallow from mostly zombie flesh along with some other things

Digger Golem - Set down a marker and it will dig a column down to bedrock.
Defender -This guy guards a area around a marker. Give him a sword and he goes to town.
Magic Reactor - Multiblock structure around a node that siphones off energy to power RP,IC or BC. Creates high flux.
Cthulu (or akin) - final boss that results from screwing with flux to much, could drop something important like the star from the wither.
Sacrifices - Villager sacrifice for dark power or evil structure (corrupt beacon maybe)
They still look beautiful though!

flux is the exta aspexts that you dont use in the cauldron
like someone else said it should not im actualy useing some 1.4.4 mods on my file just fine
